I went to Wonder Medical Spa in Santa Clara for my first ever medical spa visit, and I’ll be honest, I had no clue what I was doing. Jennifer and her team were super welcoming and made it really easy for a first timer like me to relax. I came in for an IPL treatment because I’ve been rough on my skin for years and the sun damage finally caught up with me. They used something called the Lumecca laser, which I had never even heard of until today, and I was actually pretty fascinated by how the whole process worked. They explained everything in simple terms, answered all my random questions, and gave me helpful tips on stopping more sun damage moving forward. I was expecting the laser part to hurt a lot, but it really didn’t. I was surprised by how manageable it was. The whole experience was genuinely great, and I would love to come back for more sessions. I’ll definitely mention this place to my friends too, especially the ones who might need services like tattoo removal. It’s nice finding a spot where you feel taken care of without feeling out of place. Thank you!

A professional team with excellent service. I came here for PicoWay laser treatment and am very satisfied with the results. The staff first carefully assessed my facial concerns, including sunspots, acne marks, and dullness, then created a personalized treatment plan and explained everything in detail. During the treatment, they communicated with me throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. I did Pico-way 3 weeks ago, it made my skin look shiny and smoother after 2 weeks. The level of pain was controlled by nurse and acceptable. The nurse and Jennifer gave me very detailed instructions to void the sunlights after the treatment. I will do the second treatment with Wonder Medical per suggestion. Thanks!😊

Okay, I’ve gotta be honest, I’m feeling so good about the results, even after just one Picoway session! At first, I was like, "Hmm, maybe my makeup skills just leveled up HAHA" because my face looked so clean and glowing after makeup. But nope, it’s definitely more than that. When I went back for my second Picoway session, Jennifer and I had a great chat about the results from the first time. We even compared pictures taken in the exact same lighting, place, and angle. And let me tell you… the answer was right there. Pictures really do speak louder than words! Hahaha, I’m officially obsessed now! oh ya!
