I had the pleasure of getting a facial from Juliana, and I can honestly say it was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had! From start to finish, Juliana made me feel so relaxed and pampered. She was incredibly knowledgeable, walking me through every step of the facial and offering expert advice on how to care for my skin. My face feels rejuvenated and glowing, and I’m definitely coming back for more! A big shout-out to Mel at the front desk as well! She was so welcoming and friendly when I arrived, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere in the spa was so peaceful and inviting, and it’s clear they truly care about every guest. I had such a great experience! Dallana, my nurse, was absolutely amazing—she did my microneedling treatment with such care and professionalism. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin already feels and looks better! Also, a big shoutout to Mel at the front desk—so friendly and welcoming! She made the check-in process smooth and had such a warm, positive energy. The whole visit felt easy and relaxing thanks to both of them. Highly recommend!

Hello, I wanted to give feedback on my Botox treatment from December 4th My forehead lines returned within one month, which is much earlier than expected. When I followed up, I did not receive a clear explanation or any corrective solution. I am disappointed with the Botox results, though because i paid $600 they told me they did 50 units each un$12, I would appreciate clarification on the product and units used, and guidance on how this concern can be addressed. So the positive first my esthetician was fantastic. She made me feel welcome and had a very calming presence and did a great job. I did their first time $ 79 facial for new clients. What I didn't expect was being led into a separate room after the treatment and getting a fairly pushy sales pitch. I felt like in a used car sales place. It would have been much nicer to have my esthetician explain to me what she would recommend for the future and then maybe the front desk person tell me the price options they have. I'm pretty sure with that business model they are not very successful with Europeans, we don't like to be pushed into stuff. I might have even taken them up on their offer of six treatments for $1,200. But this whole pushy sales pitchy thing is just not my kind of place.

Avoid this establishment at all costs. I am currently owed a significant refund for services never rendered, and the management is refusing to cooperate. I purchased a package of eight HiFu sessions at $125 each and a chemical peel for $550. Due to a medical diagnosis, I was professionally advised against completing the treatments. Despite having only used four sessions and zero chemical peels, they have refused to refund the remaining balance. Beyond the financial dishonesty, their conduct is appalling. They made xenophobic remarks to a friend I referred, making him feel so unwelcome that he cancelled his services immediately. Furthermore, their staff is harassing and "scolds" clients for emergency cancellations. They are unethical, unprofessional, and have left me with no choice but to warn others.

Liked their promotional offer for the facial. Melanie is good with the service provided. The promotional session obviously ends with their pitch for getting you into a set of sessions which is all good information but one of the assistants was quite pushy I would say. But overall a good experience with promotional facial session.

I had the best experience at Clara spa. The esthetician was so kind and explained every step of my facial. My skin felt incredibly clean and glowy afterward, and the extractions were gentle but effective. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed. Definitely booking again!
