My experience at this facility for the first time was a five star review. I made this appointment at the Santa Barbara, CA. office. I was running ten minutes late due to construction. I arrived the gentleman who was checking patients in was very understanding. I sat down to wait for the nurse to call me back to the examination room. The office was very clean and the staff smiled and anyone who had eye contact with them. The examination room where I met Dr. Rikk N. Lynn, he was very thorough with my concerns, and explained how he would treat the situation. Took his time to make sure I understood what the plan was going to be. I was treated very nice and was explained how long it would take for the results to come back. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Everyone was working on a Saturday and I could see it didn’t bother them at all. A family environment is what I felt. If you’re reading this to look at the reviews trust me you would be making the best decision for yourself. You deserve a five star visit like I did. Sincerely, D.B.

I’ve been going here several years and I think, even if I moved, I would commit to commuting here. Kyle, who answers the front desk is always so friendly and tries to get you in and if he can’t, he’ll call you immediately letting you know that time has opened up. Everyone is in the office is friendly. It’s just so refreshing from start to finish.
