I had an appointment yesterday and had work done on my face, and as always, it was a great experience. Dr. Lynn is consistently pleasant, professional, and easy to work with, which really puts you at ease. Medical assistant Claire was also incredibly helpful and caring throughout the visit. The staff are friendly and make the whole process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this dermatology office.

Let’s be clear — I was not late. The receptionist called to cancel my appointment before my scheduled time as I was pulling into the parking lot. I ended up arguing in the car when I could have been seen. I only came in at 8:30 a.m. because my dad, a longtime patient of Dr. Dougherty, encouraged me to. No one told me when I booked that I needed to arrive 10 minutes early. The reminder I did recieve came at 1:18 p.m.—less than 24 hours before—while I was already on a 12-hour shift. Despite getting home at 1 a.m. I still made my 8:20 a.m. appointment. Take responsibility for your poor communication and lack of professionalism. Patients’ time is priceless — am I not a patient too? Screenshots of the call and reminder times are available.

This is the most wonderful doctor's office. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Dougherty is an excellent physician, smart and capable and I feel confident in her care. Highly recommend! 🙂

Terrific and trusted dermatology. They are always on time, thorough and very pleasant and accommodating. I have used them for years and always happy with the care they give me and the results of their treatments. I totally trust them with the care of my skin and have never been disappointed.
