I made an appointment here to get a body check and a consultation and refill of medication to treat my PCOS-related hormonal acne. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment, but I waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen because the front desk accepted a walk-in who arrived AFTER me but was seen (by the same intake nurse and doctor) BEFORE me. That wouldn't have been a big issue if it was the only problem that I had. It wasn't. First, the intake nurse told me that I couldn't have a body check and a consultation for my acne in the same appointment (I'm not trying to cheat them out of revenue; they can submit separate billing codes to my insurance for both items). I chose the consultation for hormonal acne. Next, the doctor didn't actually consult on my hormonal acne at all, nor did he actually listen to anything I said. Instead of recommending a long-term treatment to treat hormonal acne, he wrote a prescription for a short-term antibiotic and told me that I'd have to come back in 30 days if I wanted to discuss a long-term treatment option. I didn't need or want a short-term treatment, and I told him that antibiotics have not successfully treated my acne in the past. Sure enough, the ones he prescribed didn't work either. I wasted an hour and $348 to see this clown so that you don't have to. Don't make the same mistake that I did, and find another provider!

Pleasant experience meeting with Anna, PA-C, who was extremely knowledgeable and well-spoken. She provided a lot of information but delivered it in a clear and organized way that was easy to follow. I’m looking forward to continuing my care with your office for all my dermatology needs.

Great service from the front desk, medical assistance team, and the PA. They were extremely helpful with my procedure and I would definitely come back and recommend this practice to others.

I received service at the Sandy Springs location. I received an explanation of benefits via my medical insurance carrier. The letter explains they were billing more than allowed for the particular services rendered. When you call the medical provider, Springs Dermatology, they automatically transfer you to a voicemail for billing. There is no option to get someone on the line, which is unsettling. When I received a call back the person didn’t say any greeting and immediately hung up. When I called the practice back I am now being told they don’t know who called. And the receptionist stated she’d transfer me to "Gina" but I was sent to another voicemail. This is ridiculous because the least they could is call back, especially if it was a "mistake" hanging up. Something feels shady , they over bill and then don’t want to answer to anyone regarding it.

I highly recommend this dermatologist office! As a mom, watching my son struggle with severe acne was heartbreaking—it got so bad that I barely recognized him, and it really affected his confidence. From the moment we walked in, the doctors were so kind, patient, and informative. They didn’t just treat his skin—they educated us on what was happening and how to manage it. Thanks to their care and guidance, his skin has improved so much, and more importantly, he’s smiling again. I’m so grateful for their help—it truly made a difference in our lives.

At the start of my visit Collette created such a warm and welcoming environment that made me comfortable to answer her questions and share what i was going through, while Anna expertly guided me through the next few months of what i would experience in this journey. They even got me in early which was very appreciated. Cannot recommend this place enough! thank you!
