I cannot say enough incredible things about Kim! She has changed my skin in just a few months and I could not be happier about the results I’ve seen! The time, the care, the knowledge she pours into her clients and her works speaks volumes. I’ve never met anyone else like her! If you haven’t yet, you must book a facial with her, she truly is the best of the best!!!

I’ve been seeing Kim for just over nine months, and she’s completely transformed my skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and she customizes each session based on what my skin needs at that moment—taking into account seasonal changes and any concerns I’m experiencing. Her product recommendations are always thoughtful and targeted, and I’ve loved incorporating them into my routine. Thanks to Kim, my once-dehydrated and congested skin is now healthy and balanced.

I had an amazing experience as a first-time visitor. Kim explained everything, walked me though each part of my facial, and provided product recommendation and other tips on things I can do to improve my skin. She was so kind and helpful and my skin looks and feels amazing. Also, the studio space is beautifully designed and has a relaxing, luxury vibe that made me feel like I was truly getting pampered. I will definitely be coming back to visit her when I can. 🙂

Kim is amazinggggg. After my first facial with her, I couldn’t get back for almost a year for my next one—she still remembered me and gave me a big hug ❤️ she’s so kind, attentive, and she worked wonders on my skin. She knows what she’s doing, I can book a 60min facial and trust her to do whatever she thinks is necessary—the process is always highly relaxing and the results incredible. The decor in her home spa, modeled after an airplane, is super cute, clean, and comfortable too. When I’m out of products, Kim is extremely reliable and responsive, and her pickup process is really easy, quick and convenient. I was so happy to find BR in San Jose without having to travel up to SF—but Kim is such a gem that even if I moved out of the area, I’d travel here just for her. Thank you again Kim!! ❤️

Kim deserves more than 5stars!!!. She is one of the most passionate, knowledgeable with many years experience. I am a licensed esthetician for over 2- years therefore my bar is very high. Kim is a rare find. Kim is exclusively Biologique Recherche which is my most favorite result driven products. The science & passion that are in each product blows every other line away. I loved every moment of my facial with Kim. To me her pricing could be much higher she provides the highest quality that you could possibly receive. I will be returning. By the way my skin is still glowing from Kim superior amazing facial . I loved my facial, love Kim & love , love the decor of Kim's place so creative , peaceful & beautiful .
