I’m a local board certified dermatologist, and Francine is the only person I allow to touch my skin. I think that speaks to how fantastic she is. She is gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. Her studio is so inviting, warm, and welcoming. Francine really knows what she’s doing and also knows when NOT to try to treat something that needs medical attention. I’m so excited to have a go-to aesthetician here in the city!

Francine is the absolute best. She truly takes the time with you in your i Tiago appointment to find out your goals, any trouble areas, concerns, etc. By taking that time, she even happened to pinpoint the cause of my dermatitis, something I had been suffering from for over 5 years. She also took extensive time to test various gels, cleansers and lotions on my face; my skin is super sensitive so we had to be very careful with certain products with fragrance. She is super flexible and adaptive toward goals during treatments and thoroughly explains what to expect with each treatment, benefits, cost, etc. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin, and am so grateful to her for helping me establish a skincare regimen. I cannot recommend Francine enough. She is such a joy to be around and my skin always does so much better after being under her care. Thank you, Francine!

Had my first ever facial with Francine! Really enjoyed my experience, from top to bottom. Francine is so knowledgable and helpful in recommending ingredients and products. She talked me through everything she did, and was a pleasure to chat with. Left feeling so relaxed and my skin looked/felt great. Highly recommend her and will certainly be back! She also sent me the products I ordered in the mail, which was super convenient!

If you’re thinking of making an appointment, do it! Francine is very experienced, knowledgeable, and incredibly good at evaluating your skin’s needs and coming up with a personalized facial. I left her office glowing and my skin felt incredible. She also helped me understand how to work with the products I already had, and how to maximize their efficacy which is a huge plus. I highly recommend her!
