I received prompt service and excellent care. The staff were cordial and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to friends and I will definitely return if needed.

Take a day off work to go here? Check. Show up and then told to sit for over 20 minutes past your appointment time in a small dingy room with hepa filters taped over all the vents? Check. Be unceremoniously told after less than five minutes that they won’t provide the service advertised on their website site and that you wasted your time? Check. Get deflecting denial that the doctor isn’t responsible because "they didn’t write the website"? Check But they’ll happily take your payment for all of this non-service. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Doctor was fine, billing via California Skin Institute is a SCAM. They double bill! It's also like an assembly line production in the office. I received a bill saying I didn't pay my copay. I absolutely paid my copay and contacted them. Now a month later I get an email stating they can't find my payment and I need to submit proof via a bank statement. The email contains no instructions on how to submit said statement and it's a no reply email address. I reached out and they sent me a link to upload. A week later and still nothing has been done. I will never go here again.

Peter is by far one of the BEST dermatologists I’ve had the pleasure to work with — I just "graduated" today and have never felt so confident in my own skin! Highly recommend these great people!!!

I’ve become very frustrated with this organization. This is not too demerit the doctor who’s done an amazing job but the reception and customer care responsiveness and communication has lacked severely. There have been multiple scenarios in the last 12 months. I’ve called spoken to someone in reception and promised a call back. I do not get a callback so that I call back and then I get promised another call back and then I do not get a callback or I’ve asked to refill a prescription. They have said that they have sent it to my pharmacy. I then show up to the pharmacy. The pharmacy has not received that prescription from their office. I would like to understand why there’s a lack of communication going on with your team this is a medical office. It should be very simple to complete these processes.

Friendly attentive staff, short wait time. Dr Chansky was Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, clear and concise.

Got me in for an urgent appointment within an hour of me walking in without an appointment and I walked out with a prescription for a nasty rash. Good job!
