I had the best experience at West & Goldn Aesthetics! I recently did a facial and a Korean lash lift with Ava and I'm honestly so happy with how everything turned out! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming. Ava is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel really comfortable. My skin felt so refreshed and glowy after the facial, and the lash lift gave me the perfect natural lift without looking overdone. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Ava if you're considering it!

I recently had my first ever facial, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect walking in. As a guy who’s never done anything beyond a basic face wash routine, I was a little out of my comfort zone. That feeling disappeared almost immediately thanks to the Ava’s incredible customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and completely non-judgmental. She took the time to ask about my skin concerns, daily routine (or lack of one), and what I was hoping to get out of the appointment. I really appreciated how she explained everything in simple terms without making me feel clueless. She walked me through each step before applying anything, which made the whole experience relaxing instead of intimidating. During the facial, she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and explained what each product was doing for my skin. It felt personalized rather than rushed or scripted. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping me improve my skin, not just getting through another appointment. By the end, my skin looked and felt noticeably better, cleaner, smoother, and refreshed. More importantly, I left feeling confident and informed about how to take better care of my skin moving forward. If this is what professional skincare is like, I should have started years ago. I can’t recommend her enough, especially to any other guys considering their first facial. You’ll be in excellent hands.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after my experience at WEST & GOLDN AESTHETICS. One treatment with Kaelyn and Ava gave me the best skin I’ve ever had. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything, making sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and want the best for your skin. On top of that, they’re absolute angels — warm, kind, and so passionate about what they do. I left with my skin glowing! Best it’s ever looked, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Kaelyn is absolutely amazing! She has guided me on a long and tough skin care journey over the last several months - I was struggling with hormonal acne after coming off the pill. She has so many expert custom recommendations on treatments including facials and peels, and I also love that she focuses a lot on my home routine (lifestyle, eating, etc) to support my skin goals in every way possible. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I booked a facial and had Ava as my esthetician. She was amazing. I received a facial from her and it was super relaxing, but what really stood out was how genuine and attentive she was. She took her time, asked good questions, and really paid attention to what my skin needed. Nothing felt generic or rushed. I left feeling so refreshed and my skin looked noticeably better right away. She’s easy to talk to, incredibly skilled, and just has the kind of energy you want to be around. Can’t recommend her enough!!!
