I had an amazing experience with cold sculpting at Revive, thanks to Michelle and Vanessa! Michelle was so pleasant and welcoming, making the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. Vanessa made it super easy to get started, guiding me through the initial steps and paperwork seamlessly. The entire atmosphere at Revive is relaxing and professional. Highly recommend their services if you're looking for a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I’m obsessed with working out and sticking to a daily regiment. I’m almost 50 but have these small love handles that I’ve been unable get rid of. Even with my daily running and workout. I’ve heard people talking about cool sculpting. Well I gave it a shot. I went to Revive which I was referred to by my friend. Oh my gosh. The best thing I’ve done. Had a consultation with Lauren she was fabulous. Michelle who did my first treatment. She was outstanding. Cannot rave enough about her. Can’t wait to see the results. She is caring and truly knowledgeable. Can’t wait to see my flanks go down.

I absolutely love this place! The clinic is extremely clean. I had a great experience. Alexis Spence is amazing and incredibly skilled. She is so sweet and professional. She made sure I had a comfortable procedure. Her recommendations and care made this an awesome experience The treatment went well and I am super happy with my results. Highly recommend!!!

Alexis is an angel. She is Michelangelo with a needle. She beautifully refreshed my tired postpartum features with just the right amount of fillers. I don’t look "done" I look "alive" and so good. Im also a huge baby and she was so gentle and precise. I really can’t say enough about her services today. Best injector I have ever had. I will definitely be back soon!!!

Michelle is excellent both in spa skills but also very personably. She has a soothing and relaxing voice and years of life's experiences to share. Treatment rooms are luxurious and comfortable and very private. Absolutely a most enjoyable experience and I've noticed promising results already.

I had a mixed experience at Revive Medspa. The first two times I came in for Botox, I had a great experience and really loved my results. The clinician was wonderful, and that visit is what encouraged me to return. Unfortunately, my experiences after that weren't quite the same. The last two treatments didn't give me the results I was hoping for, and I noticed major drooping in my brows and lids, as well as my forehead not looking as smooth as it normally does after a session. I know Botox placement can be very nuanced and dependent on individual facial anatomy, and while things don't always go perfectly, the outcomes was disappointing for me. More importantly because I was attending a very important wedding and this affected so much of the experience at the wedding. No photos and just an unhappy vibe due to my Botox. What stood out most was the lack of follow-up from management after both visits. The clinicians themselves were kind and professional, but I didn't feel there was much communication or support afterward, which left me feeling a bit uneasy. I also experienced more bleeding and bruising than I'm used to, which was unusual for me based on past Botox treatments elsewhere. Everyone knows their own body and how it typically responds, and this felt different. Overall, I'm sad to say I won't be returning, mainly due to the inconsistency and limited management follow-through. I truly believe there are skilled clinicians here, and I hope the experience improves for future clients. Is yelp they thanked me for my review and no management follow up until today. The value of client service and follow through has completely gone down the drain. Accountability is definitely not their forte ****** The generic response from management shows just how much accountability they take for their client. Please follow up with Ashley and she should be able to share the information you need for the services I have grievance about*************

I always come here to this location and always have a pleasant experience my injector was super nice and helpful but checking out with the receptionist was very lacking. Came out just looked me and didn't asked how my experience was to start. I had Alle points that I wanted to redeem even texted before my appointment to make sure I was able to use it and she was not helpful I'm still confused as to why my points weren't available especially since they been spam texting and calling me to use it up before it expires. I left the clinic feeling unwelcome, frustrated, and let down especially since I've been coming here for a while. Maybe she was new (white sweater glasses) but I will not be coming back ever based on the customer service sad to say I really loved this place. No matter where you work or what is going on customer experience/service is important.
