I got a wonder facial today by, Elias! Walking in everyone was so kind and very welcoming. The setting was super clean and all steps getting me prepared for the facial were very professional. Elias asked me questions on my chief concerns with my skin and gave me feed back on my skin routine, as well as tips on what I can do to make it better. By the end I felt knowledgeable on how to keep my skin looking and feeling better, and my skin was glowing walking out.

Always excellent service with a smile. Office is clean, calm, and inviting with cute decor. I e had hydrafacials, diamond glow, and massages here and all of these services have been perfect. They also have their own small parking lot.

I can't say enough good things about Palmer Skin! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. As an LGBT-friendly business, it truly feels like a safe space where I can be myself and feel welcomed by my tribe. The environment is comfortable, inclusive, and they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch skincare and a welcoming atmosphere!

I had a truly exceptional experience at Palmer Skin. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist set the tone with his professionalism and warm, personable demeanor. My wax specialist was not only kind and calming, but also made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. What stood out most was the level of care and knowledge shared about post-wax self-care—insightful and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Palmer Skin to anyone looking for expert service in a welcoming environment.

Over the past few years, I've tried a lot of different types of massages with a variety of different massage practitioners. Nothing, and I mean nothing tops Elizabeth's massages. She is HIGHLY skilled and knows immediately where your tight spots are, and exactly how to address them. The oil she uses is great, and the room's Native American flute sound music + warm massage table takes things to another level of relaxation. Elizabeth is so kind, and genuinely cares about every client. My Oura ring notified me today that I was "incredibly relaxed." I'm never 'incredibly relaxed,' lol. The time it indicated? The entire 45 minutes of my massage with Elizabeth 🙂 Elizabeth, you are the best!!!

I booked the deluxe Hydrafacial (valued at $249), but when I got in the room, I was told the machines were overbooked. They strongly encouraged me to switch to the Glo2 facial—an oxygen-based treatment—and added a sheet mask, blue light, extractions, and an arm massage to make up for it. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the last-minute switch and voiced concern, but ultimately agreed. I later realized the Glo2 is regularly priced at $145, and although the added treatments were nice and probably made up the difference - the facial didn’t address my skincare concerns & the pricing wasn’t clearly explained. While the spa is beautiful and the staff were kind, I didn’t love the results of the Glo2. I get facials every few months and prefer the Hydrafacial for my skin. I now need to book another Hydrafacial elsewhere to meet my skincare goals. Constructive feedback: if a service isn’t available, please let clients know ahead of time so they can make the best decision for their skin and schedule. Reply: Thank you for the reply. You seem to have updated pricing. The Glo2 facial is listed at $195. I don’t appreciate the unaccountability. I would not recommend this establishment.
