I have been getting services from Genya for about 3 years now and she is the best around! 🙂 I’ve had Microneedling, C02 laser, Botox, and Filler and it’s always perfect. She is extremely knowledgable and I wouldn’t trust anyone else as she has never led me astray. The prices are reasonable and the facilities are really nice. Definitely give it a shot!

It’s my first time at a medical day Spa and I must say I was quite impressed. The front reception was beautiful and the staff was great. The treatment was quick and I was out in no time. My nurse was Sara and she was very helpful and upbeat. I’ll be back for sure but probably in the Solana Beach location, which is closer to where I live.

I had an amazing experience with Heidi. She is very kind and comforting from beginning to end while being professional. She explained everything she was going to do and put me at ease. I highly recommend Beauty and Body and ask for Heidi. She is the best!

Id gone to this location for about 15 years even when they were located in a little old house they rented in Hillcrest. Genya was one of my favorites and so lovely. The owner was always kind of abrupt - i went in for a treatment and there was confusion surrounding the package one of the girls sold me. They called the owner for me to speak with - she would not believe me and literally told me should did not care if I ever returned. I then had to pay $1200 for a treatment i was told was $400. I never returned. It was probably one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had,

I purchased a Groupon for a lash lift and had no problem using it. After 30 days I purchased another one and even made the appointment on their website that clearly states its a Groupon appointment. The day of the appointment I arrive and I'm told I cannot use the Groupon because they only allow 1 time purchase. So I lost my time and money for nothing. If you are only allowed 1 Groupon then when I booked the appointment I should've been told that and furthermore, I should not be given the option to repurchase the Groupon.

Absolutely spectacular experience from beginning to end! Wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. So grateful to Genya for making me feel like a million bucks

Heidi is amazing she is so experienced talented, and considerate when calculating amounts you will need and her mapping is incredible you get your most bang for your buck all while receiving top quality care.
