I have been a West Dermatology patient for the past year and highly recommend their entire team. PA Stacy Norman and Dr. Ronald Shiell have provided expert care and, importantly to me, amazing "bedside manner". They are both great communicators.

Michael Nelms is a rock star! We used to go to West Dermatology in the desert and I was super reluctant to start over so I was driving back and forth. So I bit the bullet and made an appt in San Clemente. Michael Nelms was so thorough! My dad died from melanoma and I have had it as well. Great communicator and he went over me with an expert eagle eye. Did a few samples for biopsies. Thrilled to have Michael Nelms and West Detmatology on my team! Thank you! Highly recommend! Update! Michael did 4 biopsies and one was invasive melanoma. I had surgery and lymph node removed as an abundance of precaution. Thank you, Michael Neems for saving my life.

Dr Shiell and staff are excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Dr Shiell explains every step he performs during the Mohs surgery and makes you feel at ease.
