I took the permanent makeup and microblading course with Giovanna. She did an amazing job and was very thorough. I can not express how supportive and informative Giovanna was... she was so helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I made an appt to have my eyeliner tattoo fixed that i had previously gotten about 6 years ago at another facility. It was pretty botched, a wing on one eye and a straight line on the other. someone told me it looked like my makeup was smeared it was embarrassing. I had an appt with Giovanna and it took almost two hours but it came out amazing!! She is so sweet, her hand was very gentle and her customer service was outstanding!! Nothing compared to my first experience! She was able to match both eyes and now that my eyes have healed i still love it! she was able to get very close to my lash life, fix my wing and make the overall experience a good one id definitely go back and would also recommend her!

I can’t say enough great things about Giovanna! She has been so patient with my brows. They were messed up by another artist. I was told I needed removal. After Giovanna saw them she said she could do correction instead of removal. Praise God I found her! She didn’t quit until my brows are perfect. She takes her time makes sur the color and shape are exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!! No matter where I move to I will always come back to San Antonio to see Giovanna!

Excellent school and training. Very pleased and money well spent. I cannot wait to get back home....I live in Alabama where I own a Salon Spa and I manage a Med Spa in Chattanooga Tn, which are both very high volume..... and start sharing my education with all my clients. As a licensed Medical Aesthetician, Cosmetologists, M.A, and been in the dental, medical and beauty industry and a business owner my whole life, I have been very pleased with my experience here. The staff is great, educated and helpful! Would definitely recommend this establishment to others!

Had my Eyes, Eyeliner and lip liner done. It was very sanitary and there was always some one there with a student. They took the time to make sure you were numbed very well. The teaching process there is excellent. I am extremely happy with my results!

I took a course here for all cosmetics and now as a more experienced pmu artist I realized some things. First, there was a lot of personal conversations during my training, stepping away where I was left on my own, and when trying to learn was just told to "make it look pretty". I've done other trainings since where there was actual instruction on HOW to create a beautiful brow. Also the machine we were given in this training, i was not taught the importance of a membrane to prevent backflow. Without one it can be unsafe to a client. I feel for the cost of this course, a better machine should be given. And more focus on the student education, rather than personal life. The instructor was very sweet, all the ladies there were. I just feel like the training was not up to par for the cost.

Wow ! We had the best experience ever..was very patient and informative with my wife and i. All questions we had were answered and explained before any procedure was done . And never made us feel lost.she made sure we where always in the same page.. Place very clean and sanitary! Period ,made us feel like family. Giovanna made us feel very comfortable. I recommend! 🙂
