The atmosphere was excellent. Everyone was professional, the staff and doctors. The doctors interacted with my child in a warm, engaging, and highly professional manner. I would definitely recommend this office.

Specifically set appointment up with Dr. Tran. Assistant ask if it was okay for me to see someone else. Dr. Tran was "busy". I said I would just reschedule. She said she would tell him. Then in 15 seconds storms in Dr. Tran. Evident I was bothering him.Well, I had just had basal cell carcinomas removed from my forehead and the bridge of my nose. He was hurried & wanted me gone. So, I won't be going back. Good luck to everyone else, you might need it.

They explained each step of the procedure in detail and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Before I even left, my prescriptions were already sent over, which made the process seamless. This office is amazing. Polite, clean, friendly, caring, and thorough. I have been going here for 9 years due to multiple melanoma and 1 basal cell on my face. He catches them early enough that none of them have gotten "big" and have removed them all surgically with no complications.

So this was my first time visiting a Dermatologist in 65 years. A little nervous but Dr Tran was great. The young lady who assisted him was also amazing. I felt comfortable and that I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend.
