This is one of the best doctor's office I've ever been to. Everyone here is so kind and insanely efficient. Everytime I have came for an appointment I am in and out within a half hour at the max, sometimes within fifteen minutes. The front office staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and Donna is wonderful! Could not recommend them more.

The office staff and dermatologist were wonderful. The answering system needs major help. After one chooses an option, medical assistant in my case, it puts you on hold with no music just dead air space. Then it cycles you through the same greeting and dead air space twice then it automatically puts you into voicemail. You do not have the option of staying in line in the order the call was received. Then the medical assistant has 24 hours to respond!! So if you need an answer that day regarding a prescription say, the choices are wait 24 hours and hope or call 911!! Ridiculous.

I accompanied a wheelchair patient to their visit and realized there weren’t any device’s to open the door on the outside or inside. It was difficult trying to hold the heavy door open and push the wheelchair at the same time. A kind older gentleman and myself noticed another patient approaching with a rolling walker. Everyone I spoke with in the waiting area all agreed that there should be a better system in place. Lastly I was very impressed w/ Dr. Lindsay walking her patient into the waiting area then holding both set of doors as they exited. The front desk receptionist, medical assistant, & the other staff who sit in the back middle desk area were all polite & professional. 👍🏽 My question to the owner is do you care or have compassion for your customers/ patients?

I had a great experience here! I have been to many Doctor's offices and I find that compared to most, it is easy to speak to someone on the phone relatively quick. I was not in the waiting room for long, and compared to other dermatologists, Lindsey spent a good amount of time with me hearing out my concerns.

Their doctors and PA are knowledgeable and very customer friendly however, try getting your test results. They never answer the phone. They return calls after 6 and if you miss the call you can't call back. If you don't use the #2 prompt you will never talk to a person. Its insane. I had better luck calling the DMV. Absolutely horrible reception services. I will be looking for a new center just as soon as I get my test results to see if I have skin cancer or not being that I've been trying to get an answer for 6 days now.

I took my father for a follow up for a growth on his face that was removed. The first visit I was not impressed. July 2nd I drove him in the worst weather ever. Walk in was told we may not be able to seen today. I was appalled. They said their phones and computers were down. I asked them why didn't they call us. Our phones are down. Ok well I work for a doctor's office. We use our cells phones and use doximity app which doesn't show our personal number and costs zero $ to the cell phone user. He had a growth removed. Just removed with the liquid no biopsy no sutures. All the provider needs to do is look at it. Then I proceeded to say we aren't coming back if we aren't seen. Of course using a mask makes everything sound muffled. I made a point of sharing my disgust about the entire situation and didn't care that there was another patient in the waiting room. My mask muffled my very loud voice. I should have listened to my gut feeling the first time we were there. I wouldn't entertain the thought of going back there. DONNA the APRN was very nice. That's the only reason I gave them a star. This office needs management to review how to handle situations and educate their front desk staff. It starts with the front desk. They represent the office. There can be an awesome provider but if the office is run poorly. It doesn't matter how awesome the provider is.
