Wonderful experience here - it was one of the best medical appointment experiences I've had in years! The staff was kind, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and cared for as a patient. I'm so glad I found this place.

Completely disappointed with this place. I have been bringing a gentleman here for 5+ years and they would not refill his medication until the doctor saw him, even though he is seen on a regular basis and has not missed any appointments and we had an appointment scheduled. He wound up running out of medication because of an insurance issue that wouldn't have happened if they hadn't waited so long to fill it. I asked what on earth the issue was at the appointment and it just didn't seem to be any big deal with them. Something about he was not established in his care, except he was the same doctor who saw him 6 months ago... We already found a new doctor and it was the new doctor that was able to get the medication taken care of with the insurance! Pacific Skin never even responded to our pharmacist at all!

Checking in was easy and the front desk people were easy to work with. Everyone had a good attitude and the facility was clean. Really felt like the PA I saw listened to my experience and was very clear about the next steps moving forward. Very glad I was referred to this dermatology office.

Dr. O'Bien was very friendly. She took the time to explain diagnosis & what we were going to do to get rid of the issue. She made me feel comfortable, apart of the solution, & what I need to do to get this taken care of. I felt she understood the affects this was causing. I am confident I will no longer be plagued with this condition. Thank you Dr. O'Bien as well as the friendly receptionists.

I am very happy about the service and importance I feel with this team ! I have a procedure scheduled @end of the month and feel good about my procedure! Dr. Dhandha did an amazing job ! Had my first procedure and Dr Dhandha called me himself to let me know I still had a residue of cancer so he gave me options and pros and cons on what we could do ! His bedside manner is on point yu can tell him and his staff really care ! Very happy with Dr Dhandha work he did and made me feel at ease with my decision! Thank you very much for making this process less stressful for me and my family ! Thank you again ! You guys rock !!

Kevin Morse, PA was very thorough and articulate. He also answered all of my questions and concerns. I also appreciated the information (on my exit) that he and the institute provided concerning proper care and treatment tips. ALSO…..so happy PSI opened an office nearer to me!

I have been to this office twice now and each time was a very pleasant experience. They communicated very well and they explained everything to me with genuine care and concern. I didn't have to wait very long and it was extremely easy to get an appointment. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office! You won't be disappointed.
