West Dermatology Riverside

Dr. Shiell & staff are pretty amazing! I was so nervous about my procedure and he assuaged a lot of my fears with his conversation that kept me from thinking about my cyst removal. Impressive with how quick it was over too. I couldn’t get over how efficient things are handled at the Riverside office as well. Very grateful for Dr. Shiell and the staff!

I had a great experience here. The staff took the time to explain everything in detail instead of just bulldozing through to their referral. All around great location that I will definitely come back to!

The NP Terry was great she was attentive very thorough which I loved and kind. Her helper named Bre was rude. Didn’t make eye contact (this was before the NP came in) and when I was asking about labs, auto immune etc etc she was like no that’s your primary and went back and forth with me… but I left with labs! They shouldn’t give their advice if they don’t know. Leave it to the NP/doctors. I can see it in her face while she looked down that she was annoyed not even knowing I have a nursing degree. I just don’t use it no more cus an injury I had!

I’ve been able to go to the Western dermatology office for quite a few years. And I like that Terry has been able to take care of all of my cancerous and non-cancerous growth. They’re very helpful. And I get checked every three months.

This office is SUPER BUSY they might be overbooking for only 2 providers, but the front desk lady denied there was anything wrong when the nurse specifically told me to avoid Tuesday and Thursday’s for my next visit because they only have 2 providers. When I relayed that information to the front desk the lady with the excessive filler in her lips said "no, even if your appointment is at 10am the wait to be taken to the back to see the provider is 1 hour and 20 min everyday all day" .. right on lol she was rude and short not wanting to help at all. Nurse was nice. The provider terry was not interested in my concerns she could not stop cutting me off when I was attempting to express my concerns she was committed to telling me what she was going to do and leaving and that’s it she did not have any plans on listening to what I had to say.. when I finally gave up on expressing my pain and concerns with my condition and agreed to what we would have done. She said nothing turned around and walked out.. I felt very unheard and very dismissed overall. Would not recommend this place!

This is my 5th kid that I’ve taken to this location, great service, friendly staff and they always have appointments so you don’t need to wait forever before you’re actually seen. I love Dr. Mohale she is wonderful.

Love this office! Fast and efficient and the staff is awesome, especially PA Sharon Mohale. She listens and is patient and explains thoroughly!
