Dr. Bolton has been my dermatologist for years. He is so kind, but talking to the lady on the phone has ruined my experience. I don’t want to make an appointment because her rudeness ruins my day. She constantly shuts you down, laughs at you, and gets easily frustrated every time you try to explain something. This would be a phenomenal, 10/10 business if she wouldn’t treat people like that.

From making my appointment, to check in, and the exam, everything was simple and easy. I enjoyed actually talking to a person, instead of a an automated call. It was easy to make the appointment. I did not have to fill out an arsenal of information either. This was the most thorough visit, for a full body skin cancer exam, that I have ever had. Dr. Bolton was very thorough and patient. I would definitely recommend Dr, Bolton for a dermatology visit.

Dr. Bolton is my go-to dermatologist for psoriasis treatment. I do a pretty good job of keeping up with all the latest advancements in the field, and it is obvious by his response to questions that he is also doing his due diligence as well. Psoriasis treatment is always like hitting a moving target, and I can say that almost all of his approaches have been effective. I'm paying out of network, and it's worth it!

Absolutely HORRID ! The woman who answered the phone this morning , 2/22/21, was EXTREMELY rude ! She asked what was my issue and as I was explaining takes a deep sigh, cuts me off and says " Look we’re not going to have anything for a few weeks" and continue to talk over me as I tried to talk. She was obviously frustrated but that’s rude and unacceptable when someone is trying to schedule an appointment. Dr. Bolton was my dermatologist when I was a teenager and now that I’m having an issue I wanted to schedule with him but not after that interaction.

I have been to Dr. Bolton numerous times. Several of my family members are also his patients! He is very professional, his office is spotless and there is never more than a few minutes wait time.

Dr. Bolton and his staff were very calming and answered all my questions. He is very personable as well communicates with you in a manner that you can understand. Today I am recommending him to two other persons.

Dr. Bolton is a phenomenal doctor but he could certainly use someone with better manners to handle phone calls!! She was probably one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to.
