Dr. Peck is the best. She has treated me, my son, my husband. No rush; just relaxed and thorough. Personable and caring. Excellent care and access. Her nurse Ryan is also amazing. Responds almost immediately; always keeps me informed. Couldn’t really ask for more!

Had stitches removed from a cyst that was removed a week prior. The staff was extremely efficient. My appointment was at 11:40 am. They got me in early and I was in my truck leaving the facility 11:45. Took just a few minutes to remove stitches and bandage the wound and I was released.

They had done a wonderful job on the parking lot. I had a Tuesday morning appointment and it was totally clear. I went other places that were terrible. Also, they had a small heater in my room, which was very nice since a complete skin check means to take all your clothes off. Dr. Peck and the nurses were wonderful and this terrible winter weather we’re having.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the incredible surgical work that Dr. Wallace did for me. I had cancer through out my ear, and he did a wonderful job repairing it. The staff were a delight and made The process very comfortable. I have had skin cancer for 42 years and Dr. Wallace gave me some of the best care I have ever had with all the cancer removals I have had. He is kind, smart, approachable and an expert in his field. Dr. Chang is amazing! Fixed my tooth by finding a hairline crack that caused me pain for years … She has such a great and kind manner and relaxed even my very anxious nerves! All staff members are really sweet and fun… including the front desk staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office - my entire family also are patients and love it… Can’t say enough.

I highly recommend Richmond Dermatology Specialists, the best dermatology group I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is excellent. Dr. Gross is so thorough and caring. Yesterday I saw Christina O’Brien, DCNP, and was equally impressed with her treatment. I’ve always had a pleasant experience there, from making appointments, having concerns addressed, prompt returned calls, persistence in figuring out issues pertaining to my lupus and being treated with such care.
