My daughter has been waiting on the "my pledge" link for one month. I am beginning to think she will not get the medicine she needs. When I call, I get an automated system. Each nurse who comes into the room has to be retold all of the information. We basically start over with each person. By reading between the lines we have figured out what to do to get through the red tape for accutane, but none of the tools we need to make it happen are available to us. The office runs like it is very new and needs to be streamlined to make it more efficient and comfortable for patients.

Dr. Paola Torres-Laboy is absolutely amazing! I am always anxious about going to the doctor, but she made me feel like I was talking to an old friend while at my appointment. She attentively listened to me and gave me clear and concise instructions on helping me with my skin issues. Forefront Dermatology is so lucky to have her on the team.
