Dr. Shin has an excellent bedside manner. She was wonderful with my 11-year-old daughter—speaking to her in a way she could understand, explaining what was happening, and truly putting her at ease. She made her feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment scheduled for my one-year-old daughter and had an extremely frustrating experience. We arrived 20 minutes late due to icy road conditions and the reality of getting a very upset one-year-old out the door and safely into the office. Because we were outside their 15-minute grace period, the staff told us they would "see if they could fit us in." We were then made to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room with an antsy toddler, only to be told that they could not see us and that we would need to reschedule. If the appointment was going to be canceled, that should have been communicated immediately. What made this worse was that several people in the waiting room said they had already been waiting for well over an hour. It felt less like a firm policy and more like a convenient way to drop our appointment to help the office catch up. This is not an isolated issue. During my previous visit, I arrived on time and still waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. As a working mother, this meant leaving work early, driving over an hour round-trip, and managing a distressed one-year-old—only to be sent away. There was zero flexibility, support, or consideration for parents with young children or for patients’ time in general. I would not recommend this office to families.

This review is for two different doctors spanning one experience. Dr. Rachel Lee took care of me and relieved the pain from the problem I was experiencing. Her nurses were responsive and helpful and my experience with her was great. 100% recommend her, especially for anyone experiencing an issue with epidermoid cysts. She was a 10/10. Prior to seeing Rachel, my first doctor proposed a solution that only dragged out the issue and left me in discomfort for about two weeks. The first doctor took 3-4 days to respond to my multiple messages about my medication etc. I'm not sure if my issue just wasn't her field of experience or if she proposed a bad treatment. Either way, Rachel Lee was great. Billing department took care of my billing issue with no problems as well. I do think the office could encourage more consistent responses from their doctors. I understand it's a busy job, but patients shouldn't be waiting 3-4 days for advice about a medication.

I saw a new provider, Dr. Jessica Payne, this week. She was wonderful-my whole family goes here but I hadn’t been in years. Dr. Payne explained everything but was efficient with my time. She was gentle and caring-I felt in good hands. The practice is up to date on technology and front office practices. A great dermatology experience!

I would highly recommend Dr Guffey for your procedures. He is Terrific! He is very caring and listens to his patients. His medical associate is also terrific! I had a very good visit. His staff is great!

Excellent experience in the practice overall with self check-in using stationary tablets and very kind staff member's to make follow up appts. Wait time was less than 10 mins after check-in and the wait time in the room was even shorter. I recommend Dr. Lee for your dermatological needs. She didn’t rush through the appointment, she listened to my various needs, and with a kind bedside manner removed a large angioma and epidermal cyst, and last but not least she explained the after care and why it was importantly. 2 thumbs up!
