Skin Cancer and Dermatology Institute - Moana

Prompt, courteous, competent. Laura Hay and her assistants did a wonderful job. Tentative diagnosis basal cell carcinoma. They took a biopsy. Pictures show my nose 40 hours after they took the biopsy.

Everyone is very nice and attentive. I get right into my appt within 5 mins of being there. Dr. Biehle is thorough and you don't feel rushed. Great bedside manner. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands with her.

Everyone very nice at checkin. My appointment was at 10 AM. I arrived early, around 9:45. It seemed very busy, lots of people waiting. I was not called in to see the doctor until 10:50AM. I do realize that things can run late but I think someone could have just told me they were running late. There is a sign in the reception area that says something to the effect of if you are not called in 15 minutes after your appointment was scheduled to talk to the receptionist. I did that around 10:30 and she told me I was next to be called in. I went to the exam room at 10:50. Dr Reese saw me at that time. As I said, I realize things sometimes happen appointments run late. It was just frustrating. Otherwise, appt was good.

Great experience from start to finish… check in was easy & quick, appt was efficient- my provider, Laura Biehle has always been very attentive and helpful as are the medical assistants that see you initially. I was able to get recommendations for products that I needed/wanted. Checkout was easy too.

My daughter was scheduled with Chelsea Wood, PA-C, and she did such an amazing job with her. My daughter was very nervous for her visit and Chelsea made sure she was comfortable, made the visit fun for her, and was so knowledgeable! My daughter is excited to go back and see her. The MA / assistant that she had was also so sweet! I wish I would have caught her name. The front desk as well was very friendly. We highly recommend coming here for any derm needs.

Doctor Burns is always caring, personable, and attentive. He takes as much time as is needed, answers questions, and gives thorough examinations. The patient portal is easy to navigate and provides everything we need as patients to complete paperwork, make payments, and take control of our health. Pathology is quick and the staff is always available for questions and help. 10/10.

It was a good experience with the doctor who saw me she was great.. very friendly and informative..knew what she was doing.. The girl at front Desk with black hair checking you in has an attitude problem. Not very professional, treats you as its a bother your there, not very friendly...Thank You Lynda Lampkin
