Dermaesthetics, LLC Traci L Hay, CNP

I've been seeing Traci once a year for 5 or 6 years for my yearly skin checks, plus a couple of times in between for suspicious moles. It takes a lot for me to trust a doctor, and even more trust for me to get basically naked for a doctor every year. I'm a naturally very self-conscious person, I cover up my body basically all the time, wear shorts and a long sleeve shirt to the swimming pool. I'm one of those people who dread going to the gynecologist, I dread going to the dentist, I dread going to anything medical because my experiences with doctors in this town have been very much "I don't have time for you or this complaint that you have / it's all in your head / why are you even here?" But I absolutely do not dread going to Traci! She has a major talent for putting people at ease! She always has something kind to say about me or my body, never in like a creepy way, this last visit she told me that I had "well-formed cheekbones" and she always compliments my tattoos (which totally make her job harder). She has had the same receptionist for the entire time I've been going to her, which tells me that she treats her staff well. I suggest Traci anytime any of my friends or acquaintances need a dermatologist. She's great, like a cool aunt, and a no-brainer to choose her out of all the derms in Rapid!

She knows what she’s doing! Last saw her 3 years ago and it has been a struggle finding someone that can do the job that she did on my face. I live in the South and I’m planning to fly to Rapid City to get my fillers.

She is amazing. I go out of my way to see her. Great bedside manner! Doesn't recommend a bunch of stuff you dont need, but an expert on the stuff she does recommend. She actually cares about her patients.

Traci and staff were friendly and accommodating. Traci is very honest and knowledgeable. She does not try to push something on to you that you do not need. I would highly recommend and would come back again.

Traci is one of the best dermaesthetics I've ever seen. She truly cares about her patients. She's very detailed and does a fantastic job.

Googling a dermatologist close to where I was working Hayes popped up. And thank god. These wonderful people took great care of my problems right away in the spot and have the best bedside manners. Pretty funny too.
