English Dermatology San Tan Valley

I have been a patients for t or 6 years. The staff are friendly and professional. Due to scheduling conflicts, this time I saw Dr. Kim, a Dermatologist I had never seen before, He was great. Answered my questions and treated an area. He is so nice, I scheduled my next appointment with Dr. Kim. I am very pleased with this medical group.

I appreciate how they run their practice. Skill staff from the front desk and all the medical professionals. Great communication. On time. Felt like I was only patient and not hurried.

Dr. Kelsey Madden is outstanding! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly and makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent dermatologic care.

I have been a patient here for years. They found skin cancer on my shoulder recently. The office called to schedule surgery to remove cancer. All good. Come to the day of surgery and apparently I didn’t have an appointment with them "that they made" as I still have an outstanding bill from 2024 for $68 that for something my insurance didn’t cover. I didn’t pay it or even had any idea I owed it. I was never aware of this bill. Nobody from their office called me and told me I didn’t have this appointment anymore. I have been seen in their office multiple times this year including the visit that found the cancer and they never said anything to me about an outstanding bill. My wife had taken the day off and I took the day off from work for this appointment. Which cost us both money. And I rescheduled an epidural I am supposed to have so I can make this appointment. They had very little concern or care for our time and schedule. Instead of bringing me in and taking care of me yesterday when I was scheduled by them they tried to reschedule me. So now I continue to live with cancer and this $68 costs them $1000s because I won’t go back there for my surgery and neither will my wife ever go back. They lose two patients over $68 that I would have gladly paid right in their office if anyone had cared to ask for it. Not really a good business model if you ask me.

We had an excellent experience at English Dermatology Clinic. Dr. Rehder was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with all of our questions. He took the time to carefully examine my child, explain the diagnosis in detail, and outline a clear treatment plan. I truly appreciated how he listened, addressed our concerns, and made sure we fully understood the next steps. The entire clinic staff was friendly and professional, making the visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Rehder and English Dermatology Clinic to anyone seeking expert dermatological care.

Overall, had a great experience. Didn’t realize that the office is located on the 3rd floor of a building. From the pictures, it looks like it’s in a single level building so I had a difficult time finding it. Outside of that, everyone was very friendly. I saw Kelsey and ahe was great! She answered all my questions and provided multiple options for what I was seeing her for.

Seriously best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. They actually took me at my appointment time and had me out of there pretty quick. I’ve never felt more heard/seen by a doctor. Everyone was very nice!
