Dr. Miller is amazing! He's super caring and kind, efficient and thorough. Calling this office for anything is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. If you choose to stay on hold, you could literally be on hold for an hour or more. If you choose to leave a message, it takes a couple of hours to get a call back, and if you cannot answer, you start the whole process over again. Multiple times, I've driven over to the office to speak to someone at the front desk because it takes a lot less time than trying to connect on the phone. Having a child on accutane has been somewhat difficult because of the inability to get through to anyone on the phone.

They have a crap phone system you can’t speak with a person at all then half the auto lines don’t work. Then they treated me shitty because I have Cigna insurance and magical they stopped taking it. I was all ready on the fence when my Dr did a referral to tennova all there places are jerks and lack customer service

I had an appointment for 10. at 1037 I am still waiting to be called back. this happened last year too. this is ridiculous.

My parents made an appointment as new patients. My father called back a couple weeks before the appointment to confirm the date/time for their appointments. They showed up at the office today and they said they didn’t have them on the schedule at all. They live an hour away from the office, so that was quite a bit of gas to waste for the office’s mistake. I think Tennova needs to look into their scheduling system because there is clearly a system issue or a human one. The same thing happened to my mother last year when she made an appointment with a gynecologist in the same building. She showed up for her appointment and they said that she didn’t have an appointment.

Dr Primka was great for my husband’s mohs surgery. The staff was good at the Dowel Springs office in TN! Yes I had to specify TN because unbeknown to us this company is ran out of multiple states. The back office staff at the Dowell Springs office was great. The front ladies were ok but could be a little more patient friendly. HOWEVER!!……….upon completion on the Mohs surgery we had a few issues that arose about 12 days post operation and when we tried to talk to Kate at the one of the offices (once again trying to talk to anyone at the local office is almost impossible) they were unwilling to help us in a timely manner. We had to reach out to our primary care manger to get the help we needed. The unprofessionalism that we received from this company is 100% unacceptable! We did receive a call back 24 hours after initiating phone conversation from the office BUT only after leaving a message with the office manger. Further more we asked to seek the doctor’s care that preformed the surgery and we were denied that request. We spent 23 years in the US Navy and never received the lack of care that we have here. Also to add to all of this my husband had his biopsy done 6/14/24. They received the results 6/18/24. We did not get any communication till 7/24/24!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Would not recommend this place to my dying relative. Just horrible.

Everyone here is most excellent. They made filling out paperwork quick and easy. There was not a long wait at any point from sign in, to exam room, to treatment, to check out. I loved it. Dr. Gass and her nurse both introduced themselves, were very thorough, listened to my concerns, and worked like team clockwork together. Answered all questions, gave great simple instructions for care at home and told me to call if I had any problems or anything I needed to ask questions about. I cannot say for sure but I am almost positive the entire staff from the time I walked in the door were smiling under their masks at each and every patient the entire time. What a refreshing group of people!

Greeted promptly when signed in. Plenty of comfortable seating. Didn't have to wait long in waiting room or patient care room, which I loved!!! Friendly, helpful nurse. Sandra was very prompt. pleasant and informative. Friendly, fast checkout. Accept my insurance so only paid copay. Highly recommend.
