Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Care

I have been trying to reach the receptionist for two days to schedule an appointment with a doctor and have not been able to speak with anyone. On the first day, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and eventually had to hang up. The following day, I called twice and was immediately put on hold both times without even the usual "may we place you on a brief hold" message. After waiting more than five minutes each time, the calls were disconnected. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and reflects poor customer service.

So glad they now have an office in Palmdale. We’ve been long time patients at the Valencia location! They are the best for cosmetic and derm! Recently took my 5 year old son there and they are so good with kids too 🙂

PA Julie was great! I’ve been to multiple specialists and dermatologists trying to get a skin infection diagnosed and she did a thorough exam and was patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend coming here. Really nice, modern snd clean office too Second visit with Julie always so helpful and great!

I have been going to Dr. Raskin for 30 years. My experience with Dr. Raskin and the team at Advanced Dermatology has always been outstanding. I have full trust and confidence in Dr. Raskin and feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. Raskin as my dermatologist. Overpriced and left stches in her arm after we had to pay 50 copay for a follow up visit . Expect to pay a co pay every visit there. Removed my own stitches this must be a joke. The stitches where left after follow up visit and 50 copay. That's means I had to go back to urgent to get the lef over stich out. This could of cause infection and or more. This is not the way a great service should be. I would advise other not to be fools by office decor but to this experience we had.
