Absolutely recommend Jessica Brooks for all your facial needs. My experience was very relaxing and she explained everything very well for my aftercare. My skin felt refreshed after our session. Can’t wait for my next one!

I absolutely loved my first hydrafacial here with Stephanie Alonzo. She kept asking if I was okay and to let her know if I felt any pain. I just felt amazing and my skin is glowing! Definitely considering other procedures recommended by her for the winter.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place has very rude staff and unprofessional providers. I had a cancer surgery in December 2023 and they left stitches in my back. I tried to call them 2 times and they told me it was my fault. I tried to rip out the stitches myself and there’s a knot or something underneath. I again tried to call their office for help but they said that it would take another payment to get them to look at it and said it was my fault. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but they have refused to help so far. I’m in constant discomfort and have a clear stitch hanging out my back. If you are thinking about booking an appointment, don’t unless you want to pay extra for their mistakes.

I'm going there with my wife tomorrow and not too thrilled by the 3.5 rating but I've heard good things. We will let you know and will change this rating as warranted. Not the greatest experience we've ever had. The doctor was impersonal at best and downright rude at worst. Competency was not a problem but continuing a lang-term relationship is.

I made an appointment during my lunch break. I arrived and had all the forms filled out along with insurance card. As i was waiting i started to think maybe they forgot about me because everyone had been called back but me. I ended up waiting an hour to have the girl at the front call my name to inform me that my insurance was "term". She said that she checked yesterday and it wasn't valid when she checked yesterday. I had to have my insurance fax them my coverage etc. The woman at the front i spoke to was rude and told me "you either need to just pay out of pocket of reschedule" after she never even called me the day before when she saw there was an issue. I also asked for her to call me once they received the docs from my insurance and i never received a call. My insurance was and is valid and my insurance company said they have no idea who she called because she didn't speak to them. Long story short they made me waste an hour, were rude and didn't even try to make things better.

Dr. Quimby is always professional and courteous. Her medical staff is friendly, fast, and cost efficient. I have had two visits to the dermatologist for two separate instances and she always makes sure she has first treatment resolution. My head was cracking to the point of bleeding and itching and other doctors thought I had dry skin, but Dr. Quimby was able to identify the true reason I was having these issues. She looked at my skin for 2 seconds and was able to tell me what was wrong (my skin produces to much yeast), the next day my prescription was in the mail. And a week later I had no flaking, bleeding, cracking, or itching. Thanks Dr. Quimby and her team. She is the best. Goodbye head and shoulders shampoo, I never had dry skin/scalp.
