Kelly is the absolute best! The best at what she does and the best person too. She’s super gentle, detailed, and knows exactly how to shape brows to flatter your face. The space is clean, welcoming, and she makes you feel comfortable right away. If you’re looking for perfectly shaped brows or a great threading experience, definitely give this place a try. Kelly has been corralling my voluminous, uneven brows into gorgeous, symmetrical, natural-looking arches for 2 years now, and I will never ever ever go anywhere else for threading! In addition, last time I traveled, I got a hydrofacial with dermaplaning from her a couple days before, and after 2 hours of sleep, a red-eye flight, and a 4-hour car trip, I still had the luminous, poreless skin of a Botticelli angel waking up from 8-hours of beauty rest. Kelly is an artist and a magician and a genuinely lovely human, and I can’t recommend her enough.

I see Kelly monthly for eyebrow threading/tint and I’ve been impressed with her work since day one when she gave me the brows I never thought I could have naturally. I come to the face lab for eyebrow threading mostly but have gotten waxes! I love coming here, the environment is amazing and she makes you feel super comfortable and listens to you. Kelly is the only person on the actual planet that I will let touch my brows. Threading and tinting changes the game so my eyebrows are always the perfect shape and color. Before my wedding, I added dermaplaning and a hydrafacial along with my brow services and my skin looked absolutely perfect for my big day. My makeup went on smoother and my pores were so clear and small it was amazing. The eyebrow tint lasted well into my honeymoon so I didn’t have to wear any makeup the entire time and it was so nice. The salon is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing, I can’t wait to go back for more pampering and I will always go back to the Face Lab for my brows!

Kelly is always accommodating. I'm fully satisfied with the services she provides. Waxing, Eyebrows, therapy (lol) she's really good and cares about her work. Which is a hard find these days. She is the best always able to answer your questions. You feel like she is a good friend.
