Dr. Kim Performed my Parotidectomy on December 31st 2024 He did an amazing job. I loved that he was very to the point, Answered any question I had No matter how silly it was. He gave me options on what I wanted to do. My incision looks amazing by the time it’s healed there will barely be any scar!! I would recommend him 1000 times over!!

Dr. Kim has been wonderful in treating my husband's cancer. Starting with the initial appointment, he made us feel comfortable with all the information and every step of the procedure. When he talked to us, he made sure we understood everything and talked very calmly. During the surgery, Dr. Kim came out and updated me with pertinent information. During follow up visits, he was thorough in checking everything over and reviewing the next steps with us. He is always willing to answer all of our questions and he never makes us feel rushed or that he needs to be somewhere else. We are very grateful for everything Dr. Kim has done to help us.

Dr. Kim is the most amazon doctor. My mom's surgery was very complex and demanding so other doctors highly recommended Dr. Kim. He delivered superb care not only in surgery, but post operation too. For months after surgery he became like a family friend offering advice and additional care (going above and beyond). The man is truly a saint and one of the compassionate people I have ever met. Delivering the worst news a cancer survivor could receive was hard yet, his professional approach lined with a loving and caring undertone showed his genuine dedication to his patients. Dr. Kim is a gifted surgeon that I will eternally be grateful for!

I absolutely love Dr. Kim... he saved my life in 2014 when I came down with stage 4a oral neck cancer. I trust him with my life. However, some office staff have been very rude to me. I have serious delays with return calls, appointments for scans and was told, your not out only patient. That is not ok. But I'll stay with Dr. Kim and hope he makes some changes with some of his staff members. I know I'm not the only one who has been concerned about this.

Dr. Kim is rude, inconsistent and will gaslight you if you do not know what problems you have. He will not offer treatments, solutions or even suggestions. Thanks to Dr. Kim I had to suffer and go thru trauma for he refused to discuss or treat me. If you need an ENT. This is NOT the right place for you. You’ll waste your money, time, energy and will not offer any help. Plus he is the worst doctor when it comes to communication. He does not like people in general and his opinion is above all even if that costs your life! A close family member had a surgery done by Dr. Kim. Similar to other posts here, not only is his office rude and inconsistent, but his work on my family member, was, too. My family member was absolutely not properly taken care of and is still feeling the consequences of him and his team’s actions. Anyone interested in seeing him or anyone in their office should seriously reconsider going to a facility and team with their best interest in mind. These people will kick you to the curb and leave you to heal *severe*, open surgical wounds at home with family, instead of at the hospital or in a facility. Like I said, please reconsider.

In 2013 Feb. 26 DR. Kim preformed surgry on me for cancer, thanks to another doctor not following up on my complaints for 5 years. DR. Kim had to remove all lymph nods in my throat ,my epoglotas ( THING THAT STOPS FOOD FROM ENTERING UR LUNGS ) and most of my voice box. (Had a trake and feeding tube for 18 days , with speach theropy,and swallow theropy and radiation 30 treatments. Iam a A SLOW73 year old woman working with infants. DR. Kim save my life for sure. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I LOVE HIM. THANK GOD IT WAS A SLOW GROWING RARE CANCER.
