Dr. Olga Bunimovich is an excellent doctor. I've been going to her for years and couldn't be more happy with my care. Dr. Bunimovich is caring, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always interested in the well being of her patients. Her staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Bunimovich to help with any of your dermatology needs or concerns.

WORST EXPERIENCE TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE AT A DR'S OFFICE EVER! I have been trying FOR DAYS to verify that the doctor the Shadyside office has scheduled me with accepts my insurance. They won't even tell me the name of the Dr I am seeing! My insurance company lists only 1 Dr at this address that accepts my insurance. THAT Dr is not even stated as one of the Drs on their 'color teams' listed on their alleged 'office line' and I can't get anyone at the office to return my calls! I have left several messages and including that if I can't verify that they take my insurance before my appointment that I will not show up and I will not pay a 'missed appointment fee'. UPMC can't verify that this group will take my insurance, the scheduling people can't help me reach someone at the office to verify that they take my insurance and the insurance company said that even IF the Dr is on their website I have to call and verify with the Dr that they still take my insurance as their website may not be up to date!!!! SO, I cannot recommend that anyone who does not have UPMC's own coverage and does not have a guarantee that they will take your insurance go here as you may end up with a huge out of pocket medical bill!

Dr. Bunimovich is an excellent practitioner. Always to the point, attentive and courteous. Over the years I have had nothing but a good experience. I highly recommend her.
