My yearly visits with Dr. Nova Shu are very thorough and her skills are excellent. She makes you very comfortable during exams. Her support staff are friendly and good at their jobs.

Dr Shu is the best! I highly recommend! Everyone in the office is top notch! Lois is awesome, she has always been so helpful, kind , and caring. Great care and no wait time! It’s a wonderful experience!

The Doctor is efficient and knowledgeable. The practice is staffed well and they keep the appointments on time. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. I was very pleased with the experience and expect to return.

This is about the nicest, friendliness office I've ever visited! From front desk, all phone contacts, the nurse assistant, to the doctor herself, all kind, friendly, and accommodating. There is also easy parking, pleasant music in the waiting area, and a convenient location in the north hills.

Just went in as a new patient and Dr. Shu was probably the kindest and well informed doctors I have talked to ever. Also I really liked how she didn’t undermine me as a younger person. Also the front desk ladies were so kind. Felt welcomed the whole time. Super amazing visit and would recommend her to everyone.

Though I couldn’t get in right away my experience was exceptional. Scheduling was easy on time and Dr Shu was extremely personable. Didn’t feel rushed and she took the time to check out areas not discussed in my preliminary call.
