Dr. Ryan is great with his patients and was extremely kind with my adult special needs son. He removed some little "growths" from his neck and was gentle as could be. We will sure continue to see Dr. Ryan! By the way, thankfully all is ok!!

I was called back within 5 minutes of my appointment, but then made to wait 45 minutes in the room before the doctor came in. The room itself was filthy, dirt, dust and hair everywhere along with a couple dead bugs on windowsill behind curtain. The doctors visit was satisfactory and he did apologize for being late, which I appreciated. The icing on the cake was the young women who asked me screening questions before the doctor came verified my pharmacy and still proceeded to send the meds to a completely different pharmacy. Overall was a complete hassle of an experience, would not recommend.

I recently visited this dermatology office and while the appointment itself went fine I suppose, I was left feeling pretty uncomfortable overall. I've been to plenty of dermatology offices and have a good sense of what a professional, comfortable experience should be like, and this one didn't quite meet those expectations. The real issue came when I received the bill. The total before insurance was nearly $1700, which is already outrageous, but after insurance, I was left with a $425 bill for what I thought was a pretty routine visit. I tried to contact their billing department for clarification, especially since they send multiple bills for different charges and I wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for the same thing twice. Unfortunately, customer service is outsourced, and I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. The lack of transparency and difficulty in reaching anyone who could help me has made me decide I will not be returning to this office. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for clear communication and reasonable billing practices.

I have not been with Forefront Dermatology before this year. They are a very welcoming and refreshing group of practitioners. They 90% of the time take you on time they don't leave you sitting in a room for an hour by yourself. Ryan Hertweck knows his business inside and out. If you're having a problem he's going to be able to help you. When I went initially it was with a list of issues and he's worked them down to very few at this point. The office is clean and welcoming.

My husband & I had our annual skin cancer screenings with Ryan, he was amazing! So thorough & knowledgeable. In addition to our screenings, my husband decided to have some skin tags removed from around his eyes. Ryan did great work & now my husband feels so much more confident with his handsome appearance! The nurse assisting him was also amazing & explained the process of everything during our appointment. This was our first time @ the Bethel Park location & we will definitely be going back next year.

First time here. Staff and the lady at the front desk was very nice. They’re the best! I had a problem with my face getting lighter- they identified it right away as Tinea Versicolor. After getting treatment here it’s starting to clear up after just less than a week! It’s been such a relief to get the problem solved. Thanks guys :). would recommend this dermatology any day of the week! A+++

This was my first time at Forefront Dermatology (Bethel Park) and I will definitely be returning. All of the staff were very friendly and supportive. The dermatologist, Ryan, was kind and took time to actually listen to and process my questions. I had my young daughter with me at the time of my appointment and one of the doctors assistants was kind enough to hang out with her outside of the examination room. Very grateful to have found this place and I highly recommend.
