Underconstucrion, valet use is a must, but nice building and easy to navigate!

As someone who's not that familiar with Oakland, temporarily disabled and in need of a wheelchair to get me to the pain clinic on the 6th fl, I was a little nervous about my 1st visit to this doctor. I was happy and surprised when my visit was nearly effortless. The valet ppl were great and one guy even pushed me into the lobby so my daughter didn't have to. The doctor was on time (when does that ever happen???) and his staff was friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good day and it will hopefully be this smooth the next time I go back.

They have a AUSOME STAFF willing to help you with your needs.

I had a great experience coming here. I was experiencing hives, and I came here twice within a month and had two virtual doctor's visits. I came here for breathing and skin testing, and the staff here are wonderful, very patient with me, and help me to relax and not get nervous with the testing. Even the front desk receptionist was very nice and helped me download the new registration app to check in and sign documents. I would come back here again!

Parking sucks. I was referred by valet to a UPMC lot a quarter mile away- of course the hills are steep(no snow today,lol) Valet seems too cost about the same as the garage. $8.00. certainly the best option

Great place in Oakland but construction is brutal for cars and people trying to walk. Allow extra time.
