I never have high expectations when visiting a head spa in the US because nothing compares to Japan. However, this place came damn close to perfection. My husband and I stopped in for a last minute couples package. From the first phone call to the last moment, we had exceptional service. Crystal, Lola, and all the ladies were amazing! I had an issue with the online booking, called on a late Sunday night, Crystal answered promptly, helped solve my problem and explained all of our options. The building is easy to find, easy parking, and such a clean beautiful space. Both of our estheticians were knowledgeable, had strong hands for the massage, gave us great blow outs when we were done. Their products are vegan, cruelty free, and smell great! Will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Highly recommend. The zero gravity beds are out of this world!

This is the BEST Japanese Head Spa I have ever experienced! I purchased the Japanese head spa treatments for my three daughters as a surprise Christmas gift. Definitely check out the website's specials. We all four went this past weekend and loved it! The staff is so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made it so much fun for all of us. They made us feel so relaxed and comfortable from the moment we walked in the door until we walked out. I would highly recommend trying them out. You will not be disappointed!

THIS is the place to be. From the minute you open the door and enter the lounge area, relaxation hits. Thoughtfully prepared drinks along with complimentary snacks. Luxurious products. Zero-gravity full body massage beds during the entire head spa experience. Crystal and her team were friendly and accommodating from start to finish and my daughter and I had a top notch evening filled pampering and relaxation. I chose the luxurious head spa package and added on the red light therapy. From the moment you walk in the door, you are waited on hand and foot. Even if you are waiting for your appointment time, the staff makes it a point to accommodate you in every way. This treatment was extremely relaxing and Lola was amazing. I couldn’t choose my favorite part because it was so good from start to finish. Once you are done with the wash and treatment you go back to the other room for the blow out and are handed the most luxurious drink menu to enjoy while your hair is being styled. Not only did I have a great spa experience, but I also enjoyed an incredible espresso martini with it! Will definitely be back with friends! This was worth every penny.

This was my second visit, and I can honestly say this is one of the best spa experiences in Pittsburgh. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and completely taken care of. The atmosphere is calm, organized, and relaxing — exactly what you want from a spa experience. My first visit was with my cousin for my birthday, and we both had head spas. It was such a great experience that I knew I had to come back. This time, I came with my dad and we did the foot soaks — rose for me and ginger for him — and everything was seamless and incredibly relaxing. Lola and Marie truly treat you like family, and Menucha, the newest stylist, was just as kind, attentive, and welcoming. Everyone took their time, communicated clearly, and made sure we were comfortable the entire visit. This is the perfect spot for special occasions, events, unwinding after being on your feet all day, or when you just need to relax and be taken care of. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to friends. Hands down one of the top spas in Pittsburgh.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed right away. The head spa itself was beyond relaxing. I truly could have fallen asleep. The combination of air, heat, and cooling was such a unique and soothing experience and felt incredible throughout the entire service. They even went above and beyond by including red light therapy, which was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. The drinks and snacks were also a wonderful addition and really elevated the experience. It was clear they went out of their way to show a high level of care in every detail. We booked the holiday special for two, and I brought my cousin for her birthday. It was the perfect way to celebrate, and we already decided this will be her new birthday tradition. To top it all off, we finished with blowouts and our hair was left so shiny, soft, and healthy. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back.
