Dr. Paul is extremely bright, knowledgeable and compassionate. She listens to you and works to resolve any issues.

I was just calling in to make an appointment and when I was talking to the receptionist I was very kind and asking how her day was.... the response was very rude and cold. When she would ask if a date was good for me and it wasn’t she would respond with a huuuge SIGH. I told her that I will try to call back and make an appointment a different time when someone more charming was working. I told her to have a better day and she said nothing and hung up. If I were a work place with a receptionist I would make sure that she/he/they were the sweetest, kindest person in the whole place.... knowing that they are the ones representing the place! She is not good at her job. I hope someone in management reads these ratings because I am not the only one.

My experience with Dr. Paul and her office staff was wonderful. I was worried about a spot and when I spoke with the receptionist, she reassured me and was very professional and gave me an appointment that week. Dr. Paul and her nurse were excellent and she was very thorough and took the spot off that day. Thankfully everything was normal, the office called with the results just like they said they would within the week. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again if I had another problem and think her staff was great.

Phenomenal Physician. Very nice staff. Whole family ++ has been seeing her for years. Very thorough and we can trust her.

I called to make an appointment and bc I have no insurance the receptionist was rude. Her words to me were "it’s very costly" are you sure you want to make the appointment? As if I ever said I could not pay for my visit. She was ignorant from the moment I mention it was going to be wo insurance and just decided not to even come in with them, since with a simple phone call they were rude.

Never had any problems. However the receptionist I spoke to today had some attitude and was rude and unpleasant. Also everytime I go there I can never schedule the next appointment. It's always " call in a few months to make your next appointment " Apparently they are unable to make appointments for more than 3 months out which I will never understand. I've been going there for years and will not be going back.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Completely inconsiderate of her patient’s time.
