I am a stickler for skin care due to my constant wanting results now and I am beyond grateful to have met and worked with Sonya. I can say I actually have seen results with her treatments and following her skin care recommendations to the T. She is down to earth and educates clients on what skin care o products works for them while being in their budget. I absolutely recommend booking a treatment with her. The amount of times I’ve been complimented on my skin !!! She is the truth, ladies and men can benefit from her services.

I’ve been coming here for my skincare for a while and Sonya is truly the best! She always makes me feel comfortable and I leave every appointment satisfied. I really didn’t want to have to post this, but if it gets the proprietor’s attention, then it has served its purpose. First, I want to say that based on the many positive reviews I’ve read, it’s clear this woman does excellent work. Unfortunately, my experience highlighted what feels like a gap in customer service—possibly due to a very busy schedule. Ultimately, that lack of clear communication is what changed my mind about continuing to support the business. I purchased a gift certificate for my sister at Christmas and was also interested in booking a specialized treatment for myself. I asked if we could schedule our services on the same day. The price of my treatment is quite substantial, which is not an issue for me. However, what has not been made clear is the required $100 deposit when booking an appointment. My simple question is: Does the $100 deposit go toward the total cost of the service, or is it a separate fee? If it does not apply to the service, what happens to that $100? I would appreciate clarification, as this information should be transparent when clients are booking. Additionally, the treatment I was interested in is a five-part series, requiring five separate appointments spaced out over time. However, full payment is required at the first appointment. My concern was simple: what happens if, for any reason, the treatment cannot be completed? I was uncomfortable paying in full for services that had not yet been rendered. After doing some research, I learned that many practitioners for this same service allow clients to pay per session as treatments are received. Requiring the entire balance upfront after just the initial appointment felt concerning to me. Unfortunately, due to the communication I received, this policy came across as questionable, and that ultimately shaped my overall impression. Additionally, all communication has been handled via text message, which has been frustrating. This practitioner left out the necessary details needed to make an informed decision, and the lack of clarity only added to my concerns. Update Update Update!!!!! 2/19/2026 1 This practitioner called me, rude, malicious, and petty Because of my one star review 2. This practitioner would not allow my sister to use her gift card that I bought for Christmas because of my one star review And has refunded my money 3. This practitioner thinks it is OK to charge $2000 for a service and not have to pick up the phone 4. This practitioner does not state clearly on her website that the hundred dollar deposit goes towards your service and this is basic fundamental information 5. And finally, don’t be fooled by the kind responses on these reviews from the practitioner because she was quite nasty in her text messages And finally, finally, Sonya do not call Your potential customers or anyone for that matter seeking information or on these reviews names Like petty, malicious, and rude… not good for business. I’m happy to remove this ridiculous review as you called it if I receive an apology. Apology. 101 never start out with.
