I’ve been coming here for about a year and I’ve seen a huge change in my skin! I am a person with very acne prone skin who has struggled for almost 20 years with this problem. A friend recommended I try body beauty lab and I’ve been going to Lua ever since. I get microneedling and Lua has been fabulous and knowledgeable, and I’ve seen a huge change in my skin- to the point where other people even comment on the difference that they see. I also buy my skin products here now. The services and products are definitely expensive but I personally think it is worth it so far, for me. I also get my Botox here and have had great results. Everyone is also very kind to me!! Overall this place is an investment, but a very worthwhile one and it has completely changed my skin.

I have been going to BBL for quite some time . While I’m not what you would call a regular , I am treated as one !!! Judy K really knows her business when it comes to skin care and Allison P really knows her business when it comes to injectable’s . Judy is patient and not pushy AT ALL !!!! Allison really gets and understand facial structure and can read facial expressions and muscle reactions really well . While you are conversing she is watching your face and how it moves - it’s incredible to see it in person !!!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!!!

Judy is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for face laser treatments and the results have been truly significant. My skin looks smoother, clearer, and healthier every time I see her. She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I couldn’t recommend Judy enough if you’re looking for real results and someone you can trust with your skin!

It's been over a year since I got my sculptura injection so trust that this review is NOT based on a post-appointment high. A woman named Jackie was my injector but TBH she was cold, unfriendly and looked older than me although she was at least 5 years younger than me and had injections in. (That is to say, I shouldn't have trusted her based on how unnatural her results looked, no offense) I wish I would've trusted my gut. There is no way to take sculptra out. I should have done regular filler instead and gone elsewhere. Sculptra is a bad idea because there is no way to take it out. Jackie recommended two rounds of sculptra and I'm so glad I didn't go for the second round because all it would've done was given me puffy cheeks. The injections didn't remove the appearance of the malar lines that I was concerned about....also, she injected too much on one side of my face making it appear puffier. FINALLY, the sculptra is dissolving after over a year!! (Thankfully. I recommend that everyone stay away from sculptra!!!!!) It was my first time getting injections and I regret sculptra big time. Juvederm filler is better because it can be removed. YES I did know that sculptra couldn't be removed but 1) I wish I was advised better 2) Injector acted like she didn't want to be bothered with my questions. YOU are the expert, not me, be patient, and be willing to explain things. Just like in my work place I wouldn't expect you to be an expert either. 3) Injector didn't need to put so much product in my face. I wanted a more subtle look. Also she made one side of my face puffier than the other. 4) Injector did not respond to my follow up texts/calls until like two days later from what I remember. I also would recommend a medspa like Citrine Glow MedSpa in Manyunk. Felt much more comfortable with her and she actually listened to me and I was pleased with the result. I hope this review helps at least one person to make a better decision. Stay away from body & beauty lab.

Had a wonderful experience with Judy! She was incredibly intentional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable. What truly stood out was how accommodating and available she was despite my hectic schedule. She made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better care and would highly recommend Judy to anyone!

I’ve been coming here for years. Nice, clean office. It’s definitely not cheap. They used to have great promos, but have mostly stopped them. From facials to injectables, the treatment professionals are talented and 5 stars. My only issue in recent months has been the front desk/receptionists. I called for an appointment that I saw was available online (I forgot my account login, so I called to schedule). The receptionist answered and was in the middle of helping me, when she asked me to hold for a minute. 5 minutes later, she hung up on me. I called back and she said (Valley Girl tone), "oh, oops, i just gave someone that appointment."). She obviously should’ve given me the appointment as I was being helped first. I asked to speak to a manager, hoping to prevent this lack of professionalism from occurring again. She said sure and Jacqueline, whose voice I recognized as she’s an injector, got on the phone stating she was a manager(doubtful ). She offered no help or solution to the issue. Most recently. I called to switch an appointment I had to an earlier date. I had 2 treatments scheduled at the same time (back to back.) I asked to switch ONE of them. Simone(?) said ok. I called back after getting an incorrect appointment confirmation- she had switched both appointments and said the time was now unavailable to switch the one back. Another mistake by the front desk. Very poor communication and customer service by the front desk. Never an apology or accountability. If they don’t understand what a customer is asking, they should ask and Clarify, not Just change things. The treatments are great - management and front desk communication are lacking.

This review is about the front desk staff. I am a Jefferson employee which I get 10% off on my treatments. I paid a $50 consultation fee when booking online that was supposed to go towards my treatment as well. This was all confirmed by my aesthetician prior to receiving my treatment. I got a hydrafacial for $199. At the front, they said my total was $179. I asked if that is with my $50 consultation fee. They said oh, okay your total is $149. So where is my 10% discount? The lady at the front desk said, we can’t do both so do you want $50 off or 10% discount? Um… the $50 is the $50 I paid already. She then proceeds to say we can’t do both so which do you want. Well I guess my $50 that I paid??? And she goes, 10% off is only $10. 10% of is $20. Front desk also rarely picks up the phone.
