Radiant Skin

I have been coming here for microneedling for a few years! She’s through, flexible, gentle, skillful and personable. She has helped me through my deep scar tissue and made a very comprehensive skin care treatment plan. Let me tell ya my scar tissue and acne scars are amazing!

I purchased 3 micro needling treatments on Groupon. I used 2 of them. the day I scheduled for the 3rd one I woke up with bilateral pink eye. it was horrible, could not see, could not use my phone, computer, drive, etc, My husband had to take me to the ER. Because I did not call to cancel the apt for that day I got my last treatment deducted from my account. The interesting part is that she counted that as a now show but she forgot the time I went ON TIME and she was not there. So she no showed on me, but hey, she was not deducted anything from her account.

This person is a liar. Lied to Groupon and told them that I did not show up to an appointment that she lied and told them I made. NEVER HAPPENED. LIE. My mom owned a beauty salon in Glendale for over 40 years and I worked there as an aesthetician. I would NEVER book an appointment and not show up. Not sure how this person sleeps at night. Worst experience I have ever had with any company or person EVER. I wouldnt even give this company one star. I purchased a Groupon for a service and scheduled on their website. When I showed up for my appointment I was turned away and told I had not booked enough time nor had I paid enough. So I paid more money. Instead of booking my appointment I was told to leave and book it online myself. After putting more thought into the way I was treated when I showed up for my appointment, I contacted the company and asked for a refund. At first I was told there were no refunds EVER. But after I had to threaten to file a Complaint in small's claims court, I was finally told a refund would be issued. However, I received a check for about $100 less than I paid. I have been trying to get my money back for over 2 months and have been more than patient. Big mistake ever going here. I will be filing a claim against this company and I guess we will just have to let the judge figure it out.

Please check your voicemail and call me back asap. Preferably a manager/ someone with authority to make decisions. I have an issue with your company. I will remove this rating after I talk to someone.

Worst customer service. Waited 30 min for her to finish a client and didn’t get the service because she was so rushed to just get me out of there. She told me to reschedule if I wanted to but I asked for my money back because I didn’t get anything done and Effie refused. If you decide to go here don’t say I didn’t warn you

My skin has not felt and looked so great in a long time. Had a microneedling and peel. My skin glows. The staff was very professional. I will be returning

Micro Needling was extremely gentle and effective. Going back for more. Great service.
