I had Breast cancer in 2006 I had a left br mastectomy & so it was time for new implants. The right breast had lost elasticity, Dr Evans called it a double bubble, where the breast hung but the implant stayed up in place. Dr Evans is truly amazing! The knowledge of being a wonderful surgeon, I now look normal & feel great again!!! The staff/nurses at the Springfield Surgery Center were all wonderful! Nicole Blessman was one of my nurses & she was so sweet & caring!! Thank you to Dr Evans, his staff & the Springfield Surgery Center in Peoria.

Dr Evans has been amazing throughout all the ups and downs of my breast reconstruction. It hasn't been easy but he has never failed to ease my mind and address any concerns that come up.

Dr. Evans and staff have been so wonderful since the very beginning. Not only are they very friendly, but Dr. Evans did such a great job on my surgery. I am highly impressed with his work. He is a wonderful surgeon and I couldn’t be happier with my care and results.

Dr. Evans was absolutely phenomenal!!! His nurse was amazing and so kind. They were always very helpful and made sure I had the best possible care and was comfortable. They were very careful with the incision and making sure the area was numb. They talked me and my husband through everything so we knew what was going on. Couldn’t recommend him or his nurse enough. 10/10

I was pleased with the service of Dr. Evans and his staff. They made me feel very comfortable with the procedure I was having. They did a wonderful job explaining what was going to be happening and exactly what they would do and also explaining follow-up treatment. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a television in the waiting area as well as some updated magazines to take your mind off of whatever you were there for.

Dr. Tyler Evans is an excellent surgeon, with a great rapport with his patients. I am very grateful to have had him replace my implant, since my original surgeon is no longer in the area. Thank you again to his staff , everyone there is very friendly & efficient. (even if I did have to wait 4hrs for my meds to be called in to Walgreens.) It’s all good !!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! From the initial meeting at his office, I was very impressed by both him and his nurse practitioner, Shelley. Dr Evans has impeccable bedside manner and was very pleasant to talk to throughout all of my office visits. He showed kindness and compassion and always prioritized my requests and concerns. As for his surgical skill level, I’m completely amazed by my results and couldn’t have asked for better attention to detail. Their continued care into my postoperative period has been thorough and has surpassed my expectations.
