5 stars for Dr. Pomerantz. I went in for my first ever visit and had a mole exam and removal. Him and his assistant were friendly and considerate, and I was very comfortable for someone with very high anxiety.

Dr. Pomerantz would be smart to fire every person that works in reception and start fresh. This place NEVER answers the phone and sometimes takes days to call back. They’ve been unsuccessfully trying to send a PA for over a month. They have not reached out to me for any info or anything. Myself and express scripts have been unsuccessful at getting this PA. Not sure if the receptionists are lazy or just plain stupid but they are AWFUL

I went in for an issue with my elbow. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I was greeted immediately, waited almost no time before being greeted and brought back to the room. The assistant was very nice, asked only the questions she needed and said the PA would be in shortly. There was a knock at the door in minutes and that PA and another (clinical training) came in. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and took care of me quickly. I don’t think I even read one page of my book. I would recommend to anybody.

I and my son go here. It's hard finding a good dermatologist. I feel most comfortable with Jodi as do many others. I dread the day she leaves. She is knowledgeable, wants to genuinely help, takes her time to listen and follows through. She is the best I have found and I've had 4 others in Northern RI. The office will sometimes make mistakes as they are swamped, although it has improved greatly from years ago. I have not found the secretaries rude nor super cheery. The doctors are fine. I would just advice that you do all the office work as far as calling back to get that appt, make sure you have your referral (technicaly that's patients responsibility🤷‍♀️), and call before hand to confirm your appt if they have not. The office may do it all just fine but when they are super busy, things might slip by and I would rather do the work myself to insure a smooth doctor's visit.

Easy to make an appointment, wonderfully nice staff. Modern & very clean office space. I waited very briefly btwn check in and being brought to the room. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! She listened to my history, addressed my concerns, and explained in clear terms each concern I had. I found her very personable and thorough. They were able to remove & treat most of my skin issues are were very pleasant and easy with follow up. I hope to make an appointment soon for a family member.

The absolute worst experience trying to get into this practice. I was referred here by my doctor and set the appointment two months in advance. On the day of the appointment, I got there, and they told me I needed to have an insurance authorization. First, I've given you my insurance information for you to do this two months ago! Secondly, I've never had to do this as a patient, so you should help people to know this. Third, why wouldn't you tell me two months in advance when I made the appointment or in the 5 confirmation calls I had in the last week that I needed to get this done prior to the appointment?!? Front desk was rude and a complete waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and find another practice. I certainly will.

I've been seeing Dr. Toback for about 44 yrs until covid, after covid I started seeing other providers which was fine. Jodi is awesome PA!!!!!!! However other staff not so sure. I've had some cancelations and a couple of forgets about appointments. However I had a appointment in 2023 that I canceled through the automated message, to be told I was a "no show". I was not aware I had to call the next business day to let them know, I assumed by canceling with the automated message all would be well. NOT!! Now I am told I cannot come back because I was a no show, how do you consider that no show when I actually canceled? I requested the manager to call me back she claimed that she was in a meeting I never got a return phone call. SMH new management 😒
