Dr. Wang is an excellent plastic surgeon. He communicates very kindly with patients and has a highly professional aesthetic sense in plastic surgery. He never creates overly exaggerated results, so you can trust him with confidence. Michell is also a very patient consultant. She takes the time to thoroughly answer all of your questions and concerns.

I’ve had two cosmetic procedures done at this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!The receptionists are friendly, and both Dr. Wang and NP Rita are so responsible and patient. The procedure with Dr. Wang went smoothly, and I’m really satisfied with the results. I absolutely love NP Rita! She’s not just professional, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time, which made the treatment easy and enjoyable.❤️ They also offer follow-up appointments to check on your recovery, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this clinic! They have many beauty treatments and great deals, and I’m definitely planning to try more!

The staff here are so wonderful! Since the beginning, I went in for a free consultation, to get a feel for the place and to better understand the procedure. Never once did I feel pressured. Dr Wang was very clear and helpful about the procedure, but Michelle was the one that really walked me through the entire thing step by step, even breaking down the price of everything. They were truly wonderful. Now 3 months after the smartlipo, I’m so happy with the results, as well as the after care that the clinic has helped with. I’m so glad I chose them for my procedure

I first started going to the Upland location when I lived in the IE. The staff there was great and made you feel very comfortable. Once I moved to Long Beach I switched over to the Pasadena location since it was a little closer. The girls at the Pasadena office are also great. Always friendly and accommodating. I get filler done here and always book with Stephanie. I hate the overfilled look that seems to be trending now and Stephanie always leaves me looking natural and refreshed. I walk out of there looking like myself but 5 years younger. She’s got a great eye and creates a nice balance to any slight asymmetry. Always honest about the results I should expect and never tries to oversell. Honestly, that is one of the best things about this office and the Upland location. They’re never pushy. I also had a procedure done by Dr. Wang six years ago. His office always makes sure I schedule an annual follow up just to make sure everything is still going well. I only wish they had a location in Long Beach!

Hands down the most professional group of people. My fav is Michelle! She is always willing to help out when needed and has answered ALL my many questions I have had. If you are looking for a Surgeon with tenure experience and want quality work, look NO further, Dr.Wang is the man. Don’t pay extra money to get a surgery done in Beverly Hills, you are just paying for the location, speaking from experience. Extremely satisfied customer.

I would give this place a negative and avoid this place. Staff will over book and cancel your appointment without prior notice no phone call no nothing! On top they have hidden "policy" fees! Our experience begin with an early 10:30AM call, their staff after communicating with management and Dr. Wang promised of a consultation and procedure. Once we've booked the appointment they will ask for your credit card and will threat you with a cancellation fee if you do not show up for your appointment. Well, we were early by 30 minutes for our 4:30pm appointment and after filling out initial paperwork and seeing Doctor Wang the manager comes and tell us at exactly 4:30pm that they require an extra $500 on top of the agreed procedure fee for their staff to staying overtime. Their explanation is previous customer show up late and caused a delay. We’ve explained we agreed to their 4:30pm appointment for consultation and procedure and provided credit card information at 11:30AM! And now they want me to pay an extra $500 for their poor schedule management?! The doctor already say he can preform the procedure but mentioned nothing of "their" policy of charging extra for staying over time. We were very upset with their responses, all they can say is "miscommunication" and doctor Wang makes the shots because he is the "boss" and he is in the middle of a procedure so it is not up to them to make any decision. A doctor that runs multiple clinics? Really? Luck he is still in business with the kind of practice.

I started going to this location back in March 2020. Nurse Stephanie was the one who performed my procedures. I got 3 deep Dermapen treatments and one PRP with one of them (3rd treatment - May 2020). It is now December 2020 (9 months later) and I have seen NO difference in the improvement of my skin texture. I was going for help with acne scars and anti-aging (wrinkles). Stephanie is very nice and friendly, but I would like more honesty. Because I did not see any change after the last treatment, I went back to the office to see the before and after photos which proved there was no change. Neither Stephanie (or Dr. Wang - who was in the office with us when we were looking at the photos) seemed to care. They were pretty apathetic. They only said I have scars from a previous laser treatment. Nice to know, thanks, but how can you help me and how much can I improve? Nothing about that at all. They are obviously not in it to help people, just to take their money. I feel like I wasted my time and money 100%. They don't even offer advice on what to do next. So unprofessional. Dr. Wang hardly talks, he seems shy, he is in the wrong business if he is not willing to talk to clients. Infuriating. I wasted about $1500. I can't stand the fake-nice behavior. But I do believe in karma.
