I am so happy that I went to Shandu Dermatology! Dr Harika Shandu is an excellent surgeon with outstanding attention to detail. Her stitchwork is so beautiful that it reminds me of fine embroidery on a silk cloth. She's that good! I had what looked like two pimples on my back, but they were just the tip of the iceberg. I heard a "snip snip" , it felt like a haircut, and when she was done, a non-cancerous cyst - the size of my thumb! - was removed from my back and placed in a medical jar. I was shocked! I had no idea! The second cyst was the size of a marble, and a third cyst, located on my left forearm, which I thought was a weird looking mole, but no, no, no - it was a cyst the size of a 1-inch ball bearing! My jaw dropped in disbelief. Because Dr Hakita Shandu did such an excellent job sewing me up, my wounds have closed completely now and there is no scarring. There is still some discoloration around the wounds, but I plan on buying the Post Care Silicone Gel when I go back next week for a follow-up appointment. I’m also seriously considering the monthly subscription for a hydro facial. It sounds wonderful and very relaxing. Dr Hakita Shandu is a very nice person with a gentle touch. I would strongly recommend Shandu Dermatology for any skin care needs. The entire staff is very nice, and they made me feel very much at ease. I had my procedure today with Ashley and Dr. Sandhu, I felt NOTHING. Not even the syringe that Ashley used to numb me before the full removal of my mole. Ashley made sure I was comfortable and was able to talk me through the prep process. Dr. Sandhu was so quick with the procedure I couldn’t even think to feel anything. I am still going to get a biopsy and 6 week follow up. But I am highly satisfied with the progress. I did peak under my bandaid and I’m glad to no longer see an abnormal mole! Thank you Dr. Sandhu and team! _______________________________________________ I had my first mole check-up with Dr. Sandhu and Amanda, and I was truly impressed by the entire experience. From start to finish, the appointment process was smooth and easy. Both Dr. Sandhu and Amanda were professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable, which helped put me at ease right away. Unfortunately, the mole in question appeared abnormal, so I have a follow-up appointment scheduled for a shave and biopsy. While I’m definitely hoping and praying for a benign result, I feel confident knowing I’m in such capable hands. As a cash patient, I also really appreciated the clear and reasonable pricing—no surprises, just honest care. I’m very grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for attentive and thorough dermatologic care.

Office staff are fine. However even if you make the first available appointment for the day know that you will ALWAYS wait 30+ minutes. I cannot forgive this one out. I got called back and they didn’t know what area of my body they were microneedling!!!!!!! WILD!!!!!! I know they have my chart. Procedures you get here and options they have are fantastic but there is no reason anyone should be waiting as long as they do especially with the FIRST appt of the day and that your staff don’t know what area I’m getting done. Please work on this as this is wildly unacceptable

I had a wonderful experience at Sandhu Dermatology! I booked a Platinum Hydrafacial as a post-Mother’s Day treat, and it was truly worth it. Ruby, the esthetician, far exceeded my expectations with her knowledge and passion. I’ve had Hydrafacials before, but there was a it factor about her technique that took it to the next level. The exfoliation was exactly what my skin needed—now my face feels incredibly soft, supple, and radiant. I especially appreciated how Ruby explained each step of the process, so I knew what to expect and how each product would benefit my skin. Thanks to her, I left with a lasting glow and haven’t felt the need to wear much makeup at all. I can’t wait to book my next appointment!

THIS OFFICE COMMITS INSURANCE FRAUD. I had an appointment for a consultation, with another appointment scheduled immediately following to remove a mole. I paid $110 for the consult but was told there was no time for my mole removal and another appointment was scheduled. I was pretty annoyed at the inconvenience so I had the mole removed someplace else and cancelled the appointment with Sandhu. Despite there being no appointment, this office billed my insurance, received reimbursement from them and sent me a bill for a $10 co-pay. All for an appointment that NEVER TOOK PLACE. THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD! I called the office on 3 separate occasions and explained this to them and was assured they would correct their billing records. Today, six months later, I received another bill for a $10 co-pay. I'll be reporting them to the insurance commission on Monday and my insurance company. Unbelievable! UPDATE: Got a call from the office this morning and was told that because pictures were taken of my face and the mole was discussed during the "consultation" appointment, the office billed my insurance for an additional appointment. This is how they are now trying to explain it to me despite never hearing this explanation before even though I've talked to them about it on three different occasions. I guess collecting that ten bucks is really important to them. It isn't to me, so I'll be sending them $10 for the "appointment" I had within another appointment. Again, unbelievable! P.S. You're disingenuous reply won't erase your theft. Enjoy the ten bucks I sent you. My review stands and you are liars in addition to being thieves.
