She is an exceptional provider who is truly kind, compassionate, and understanding. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable and supported. Her empathy and dedication are evident in every interaction, and I am very grateful to be under her care.

Terrible experience. Showed up almost 20 minutes late to my telemedicine appt. Basically ignored my concerns the whole time and never gave me a diagnosis. She then sent me a prescription for a medication I told her I had already been taken for what I was dealing with and that it didn’t help and then when I asked her, what I should do if this medicine didn’t help AGAIN and she said "It will." - In the end it didn’t help and the minute clinic was more helpful than her. Very stuck up and unprofessional. I will not be seeing her EVER again. First experience was not a good one.

I felt like she dismissed my concerns about my skin and hair and said I can thank my genetics for certain problems I had. when I asked about side effects of a medication she wanted me to take she told me to ask the pharmacist.

Over the years I've seen this doctor, I've had many complaints. She handled mental health issues incredibly poorly, for one, often making issues worse each visit. But the biggest issue I ever had with her, is that she lied, constantly. In an attempt to maybe "baby talk" her patient, she would explain skin disorders or lab results in a way that were dishonest and didn't actually say a single solitary diagnosis. It took actually coming in with hives all over my hands to be believed that I had a reaction to the sunlight. She left scars on both hands and lied about the results. She told me it was a medicine reaction. I spent well over a year panicking that I would have to go off one of my life saving medications, only to get to the allergist finally and be told there was no medicine reaction, and in fact there was no technology available that would turn a biopsy into that result. She spent so much time making my appointments hostile and not listening when I talked about symptoms and openly lied when she finally found I had symptoms, in a way that made my very life hostile outside of appointments as well. I don't know if it was because of discrimination, being that I was a traumatized autistic adult, or if it was because I was on state insurance and Medicare and Medicaid patients didn't matter, or if it was because she blamed me for my own health issues because I struggle with maintenance, but she was horrifying in every way shape and form to deal with. I wanted to be listened to, have my symptoms acknowledged, have the diagnosis to what I was dealing with, and be treated like a person. I did not feel like a person around Dr Wooley.

Excellent care. Professional office. Highly recommend.
