I had a great experience at this dermatologist office. Danielle at the front desk greeted me as soon as i walked in with a big smile and welcomed me in ,she was very sweet and efficient. Kayla was an absolute sweetheart, she was so thorough and took the time to ask important questions and made me feel comfortable. Alyssa performed my biopsy and was incredibly gentle, reassuring and made the entire process peaceful and painless. The office itself was clean, inviting and comfortable. Such a great team here. I'm looking forward to Meeting Dr. Krathen for my annual full body checkup. This office was recommended to me and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy dermatologist practitioner and staff.

Dr. Richard Krathen is excellent! He is very thorough in evaluating skin conditions and treatments, including surgical procedures. My husband and I have been patients for many years. His staff and Physician Assistants are also excellent. Marianne is exceptional. It is an outstanding dermatology office.

Very professional staff that’s also warm and friendly. Very caring and take the time(though we know they are busy) Everything explained and reassuring from Alyssa ,the medical asst.to the front desk. Too bad medical office can’t be like this office. Many thanks. I am a retired Nurse of 50 yrs.

Experience was good. The customer service was excellent. She was fast, and I didn’t have to sit for a long time. She was straight to the point and I was out of there in minutes.
