I have seen Dr Xie for years. She is very thorough, kind and has great bedside manner. I have even taken my children to see her. I’m always called back within minutes of my appointment time, and then wait only long enough to get changed. She takes time to listen to my concerns. Her staff is always friendly and caring too. Highly recommend! I won’t go anywhere else!

I see this office for yearly skin cancer screenings and have had a couple of pre-cancerous spots removed. Paige Lovelace, PA, is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, thorough, and kind, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly and put me at ease. The entire care team and office staff are friendly, efficient, and respectful of your time. From check-in to check-out, the experience is always smooth and professional. I feel confident and well cared for here and highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been a patient of Andrew Wu’s for a few years now. Reception staff makes you feel welcome. The visits with Andrew are typically brief but I always leave feeling cared for, listened too. That attentiveness starts with Dr. Wu’s nurse. She is great as well. The whole practice from start to finish contributes to a great medical care experience. Thank you from this patient!

This was my first time going to this practice. Overall it went very smoothly and everyone was very professional. Emily and assistant Jake were both great and made my exam go very smoothly. Emily asked questions and answered my questions very clearly Overall I was very happy with my visit and scheduled future appointments

I Arrived 30 min prior to my appointment. Was ushered into an exam room w/i 5 min. Dr. Ravis arrived a few min before my scheduled appointment. He was very professional and efficient while maintaining a relaxed congenital conversation. Superb care by Dr. Ravis, his nurse and his clinic staff !

I was quite nervous because I was pretty sure that I had a problem on my nose and Lovelace put me at ease immediately. She was dairy thorough. And she froze the spot on my nose with that nitrogen I think is what she called it and I go back in three months simple fix and I was on my way. Couldn’t have asked for a better result.

Went for an emergency appointment via referral. They were able to fit me in even though they were full up, and they treated me very kindly. I was in a lot of pain and was very, very embarrassed about my situation. I was made as comfortable as possible, and left the office with reassuring news, an immediate course of treatment, and a much more positive outlook. I truly can't thank them enough.
