Dr. Steven P. Eyre, MD

I have taken my kids to Dr Eyre several times over the years for different issues. He is very knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time. I highly recommend him if you want to have your issues addressed quickly.

I first saw Dr Eyre 20+ years ago. And in the years since, every member of my family has seen him for one thing or another (Acne, age spots, warts, cold sores, eczema, etc). In every case, he made things better. I've read the negative reviews, and since most of them are pretty vague, I can't guess what might have happened. I do know that Dr Eyre has a personality that I really like, but that might be hard for someone who is emotional and looks to a doctor to fix their feelings, too. Dr Eyre has always been 'savant-ish' in our visits. He comes in, finds out what's wrong, gives you his no-nonsense diagnosis and treatment, and then goes. He doesn't spend time telling you that you're pretty, or asking about your grand kids/mother/etc. He just helps you, and you leave. Perfect! I've read reviews of other doctors where people complain about how long they have to wait to be seen. I'm betting that those are doctors that spend a lot of time being human Valium. I don't need that. I want to be seen quickly, be treated by an expert, and be on my way. For 20+ years, Steven Eyre has been one of my favorite doctors because he does no-nonsense better than anyone.

Dr. Eyre is a great doctor. I’ve been going to Dr. Eyre for about 2 years now. I have had some adverse reactions to acne medications in the past and he was really patient and flexible when working with me. He’d squeeze me in if needed and answered all my questions. The only reason I don’t work with him anymore is because I am moving out of state 🙁 A few other benefits: -Was efficient and appointments were always on time. -Reception and staff are professional and polite. -he’d give me other coupons, samples to make prescriptions more affordable. Please ignore the other reviews. Great guy.

Started seeing Dr. Steven Eyre when he first started practicing in the old building. Before that I saw his father Dr. Warren Eyre up until he retired. My kids and husband have all seen the Eyre's at one time or another. One of my son's had to see a different Dermatologist for 2 years, because of insurance reasons, it didnt work well. Dr. Steven Eyre caught my Melanoma at level 1B. Apointments were made for me to the best Oncologist and Plastic Surgeon with in 1 week.

I have been going to these guys for years and they always have been very specific about what I need to do, and their care is top notch. Before being an Eyre patient I had been to 2 different dermatologists that used treatments that did not work. The Eyre brothers are way better than the other 2 places I went to in the past. All my questions get answered and the experience/knowledge at Eyre Dermatology is unmatched.

I would not recommend this Dr. at all (especially if you are a female). My girlfriend burst into tears after her appointment with him. His bed side manner leaves something to be desired. He was intrusive, boisterous and creepy. I understand that there are personal questions to address but the way he approached them was highly unprofessional.

Annual check up. He and his staff took good care of me.
