Office was clean and bright, receptionist were very nice. The M.A. was very sweet. The P.A. Andrew Morgan was amazing and very upbeat. He had me in and out of the office quick, while still actively listening to me. I highly recommend this office.

I have seen many health care professionals in my 79 years. The one I trust, admire and value most is Andrew Morgan. You are more than a chart to Andrew. He really sees and hears you! He is always knowledgeable about the new advances and treatments in dermatology and he serves them up with a dose of exceptionally good bedside manner. I’ve recommended him to all my family. That’s really high praise! Thank you Andrew.

I can only speak to their New Patient onboarding and scheduling, but I was absolutely blown away with how unprofessional their phone scheduler was. I called to get a new patient appointment with my insurance cards at the ready and when I was confused by some of what she was asking for I wanted to ask questions which she was progressively getting more frustrated by. after a few moments she paused, said have a nice day, and hung up on me. I don't know if she's just having a bad day, but it was exceptionally rude, and again- unprofessional, and there was no recourse, if I call back I just get her again. It's clear they are not lacking for existing patients if they can treat prospective patients in such a cavalier manner.

I've had 2 cyst removal surgeries here in the last year - 2 large ones from my scalp done by Andrew, and one under my armpit done by Jerrin. Both experiences were fantastic (as fantastic as a minor surgery can be), and I felt totally comfortable and cared for. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone!

I was helped by Dr Morgan today. I was very anxious because I had never had anything removed, and the cist was on my face. He was so kind and gentle with me, and eased my anxiety. I can not say enough good things about him. Very admirable bedside manner. He made a hard day for me, easier then ever. Thankyou so much Dr Morgan.

Excellent service! I was referred by my family practitioner and was in and out in less than 30 minutes to check a suspicious skin lesion on my chest which turned out to be benign. The PA-C, Kegan Reilly, was friendly, helpful and thorough. Don't need to go back for awhile, but I will recommend them to anyone in town.

Dermatology Associates of Oak Ridge delivers exceptional care and support. Every staff member that I have met is very pleasant, highly professional, and exhibits concern for the well being of the patient. It is clear that from the top down the number one priority is the health of the clients. A superb team. Highly recommended.
