Intoxify Beauty Bar

Truly horrified at the way I was treated here, especially as a first time customer. I was referred by a friend who is a client there. She told me that since she was referring me it was be $350 instead of the usual price. I booked a consult online and showed up for my consult. First red flag was they had brought back another client thinking it was me before I even arrived. After that mixup was sorted, I checked in, and I mentioned immediately at the front desk that I wanted to do the client referral discount. The receptionist said she wasn’t super familiar with the program and would ask the other worker. The injector brought me back for the consultation and took photos, then started marking my face for what I thought was more photos. She said she was going to get the Botox and would be right back, to which I was confused because I thought it was just a consultation (which I then said to her). She asked if I wanted to continue and I was put on the spot and said yes, she then asked if I had any more questions and I said yes that I still need clarity on the client referral discount and the pricing. She said she would talk to someone and came back and just started injecting, so I figured they had all sorted it out. I went to the front desk and was then asked to pay an amount larger than I expected. Not once was I told this number at any point until checkout. It is not listed anywhere on the walls, the front desk, only online apparently and as a first time customer I didn’t think it was my job to explain the pricing to myself. I figured that would be…. part of the consultation. I simply didn’t have the full amount in my bank account and the three women behind the desk got very nasty with me, threatening to call the police on me for being unable to pay the full amount when they never once made clear to me the price. At any point they could have said they don’t do the client referral discount anymore when I mentioned it MULTIPLE times, but they chose to only disclose that after providing the services at checkout. That is extremely shady business practice, I would no recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been loyal to Mike for the full 11+ years he’s been in practice. Truly, I cannot speak highly enough of him nor the staff at both of his locations (Revive & Intoxify). His full staff is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and highly trained to cater to a diverse clientele across southwestern Connecticut. I moved out of state almost a decade ago and still commute back to Mike quarterly for treatments. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Prices are beyond fair, both locations are run by wonderful people. 100/10 recommend!

After a night out, I decided to try the IV bag , as we had been drinking heavily. As expected, I woke up extremely hungover Saturday morning, head spinning, nausea, could not function or even sleep. Nicole hooked up my hangover IV and immediately started giving me meds and fluids. Within 30 minutes I was feeling significantly better , was able to join the group for brunch within a couple of hours, and later that day even ran 5 miles! My hangovers typically last the entire day and can only be cured by sleeping it off and taking meds all throughout the day. This was so revitalizing in just a short period of time, I was amazed at the results! It was such a great experience and I will always be sure to include this as part of my mornings after a night out of drinking!

Thoroughly impressed with all staff and services here. Lia, Kayana, and Lena are simply the best. I started getting natural "tox" here in late 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with my results thus far. I recently decided to try a conservative amount of lip filler, and I am not sure why I waited so long to do so. It’s THAT good that I was smiling ear to ear afterwards. Lia and Lena have made each of my experiences as comfortable as possible. They are both super knowledgeable on aesthetic medicine and answered all of my questions honestly and professionally. Kayana has made each appointment booking seamless and stress-free. The facility itself is clean and refreshing. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I look forward to my continued journey in anti-aging and beauty treatments. Thank you, Intoxify!

Had a great experience at Intoxify. The facility is bright, clean, new and modern. Lia is wonderful and did a great job. She didn’t overdue it and invited me to come back at any time within 30 days to assess my appearance and for a free touchup, which I ultimately didn’t need. I also had zero bruising, which wasn’t the case at the last place I went. I also appreciate their reasonable flat fee, regardless of units needed. I wish parking were better, but it shouldn’t deter anyone from going to Intoxify.

Such a great, first experience at Intoxify. Lia was super informative, professional, and efficient. The process was straightforward and easy, too. And the results are spectacular. Highly recommend!!

Lia is awesome! She made me feel right at home for my first time. She answered all my questions and worked with me for what my preferences were. I’ll definitely be back to Intoxify to see Lia!
