I had a great experience with Amy Rossiter. I was a bit nervous and her demeanor and warm approach really made me feel comfortable. She explained everything very clearly and made me feel good. She was so easy to talk with.

Doctor was pleasant and personable, and gave me complimentary samples of an OTC lotion. However while my initial doctor at this same office for years gave me a thorough exam covering nearly every area of exposed skin, this last visit with a new doctor ( the third new doctor here in four years) was far more superficial, seemingly taking less than five minutes. So I left feeling less than confident that all was well with my skin, and that the burden was more on me to use mirrors or whatever means possible at home despite not having the background to distinguish problematic marks from innocuous ones.

I had my first visit with this dermatology practice and was extremely impressed with the intake nurse, Vanessa and PA, Kate Thompson. Both had a friendly and patient demeanor and were excellent listeners which immediately helped me relax. And Kate’s confident assessments and recommendations were so reassuring, I had no doubt I was in good hands when it comes to my overall skin health.

We saw Dr. Canatore-Francis. Her and her staff were wonderful, super friendly, Didn’t keep us waiting. She came highly recommended for my pediatrician and I’m glad I Got in with her. Highly recommend.

Quite possibly the best medical appointment I’ve had in my ENTIRE LIFE!! I’m 62. Well staffed but not crowded. Efficient beyond anything even resembling normal in most medical offices. Everyone is extremely pleasant and knows what they’re doing. I was able to make the next appointment in the examination room. Given a printout with a summary of what was done and discussed. The process is flawless from start to finish. Oh, and they took me almost immediately after finishing checking in.

My 14-year old son went to his first dermotologist appointment. He didn't know what to expect. Kathryn Thompson made him feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. She explained everything to us as my son went through the appointment. Kathryn Thompson was absolutely AMAZING!

Dr. Kathryn Thompson is wonderful. Made me very comfortable an at ease. 100% recommend.
